Indian Rocks Beach is relatively easy to navigate, and one of the best ways to get around is by walking or biking. The area is pedestrian-friendly, with sidewalks and bike lanes. Many attractions, restaurants, and the beautiful beach itself are within walking distance.

Additionally, if you plan to explore beyond the immediate area, renting a car or using rideshare services like Uber or Lyft can provide convenient transportation. This gives you the flexibility to visit nearby attractions or explore other parts of the Gulf Coast. Keep in mind that parking is generally available, making it convenient to use a car for short trips.

For the safety and security of our guests, please be advised that there is a Ring surveillance camera located at the front door of the property. These cameras are only for security purposes and your privacy is respected.

Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in is after 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. Adhering to these times ensures a smooth transition for cleaning and preparation for the next guest.

No Pets:
We regret to inform you that pets are not allowed on the property. Please make suitable arrangements for your furry friends.

Smoking Policy:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Please smoke away from open doors and windows and dispose of cigarette butts and trash responsibly.

Quiet Hours:
Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Keep noise levels to a minimum for a peaceful environment.

Guest Limit:
The maximum number of guests is 5, as specified in the booking. Visitors are welcome but must leave the property by 10 PM.

Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Report any issues with locks, keys, or security concerns immediately. Note: There is one camera in the front floodlight; it is the only camera on the property.

Amenities and Furnishings:
Treat the property and its amenities with care. Any damage or loss of items will be the responsibility of the guest.
