Welcome to The Pearl of Navarre #402, a captivating Gulf Front condo located on the 4th floor of The Pearl. This exquisite 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat is designed to offer a luxurious coastal living experience.

As you enter, you'll be greeted by the panoramic views of the Gulf from the master bedroom, where a sumptuous King bed awaits you. The master bathroom is an en suite oasis featuring a stand-alone shower and a jetted garden tub, creating a perfect sanctuary for relaxation. The guest bedroom boasts 2 Full beds and is thoughtfully appointed for a comfortable stay, with the convenience of a shower/tub combo in the adjacent guest bathroom.

This unit accommodates 6 guests comfortably, making it an ideal space for family vacations or a getaway with friends. The living space is enhanced with a wet bar and an open kitchen featuring a dining table, providing a perfect setting for entertaining or enjoying a quiet meal with loved ones.

The fourth-floor vantage point allows you to immerse yourself in the beauty of the surroundings, with stunning views that add an extra layer of charm to your stay. Whether you're savoring the Gulf breeze on the balcony or appreciating the thoughtful interior design, The Pearl of Navarre #402 promises a memorable beachfront experience that combines comfort and elegance.

The Pearl has a geo thermal pool heated year round, a hot tub and fitness center overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and a small meeting room available. A wheelchair ramp to the beach is also available and it has also added a handicap lift in the pool. Just recently The Pearl of Navarre also installed an EV charger. Community gas grills too!

This was a very clean, spacious condo. The location was perfect. The best part is that I left something in the condo and was contacted right away to get it returned - I was amazed! Very happy with this rental!

Condo was clean and nicely decorated. The chairs on balcony are very nice and comfortable. I had a question and management was so great. We ended up calling and staying two additional nights.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 4 vacation at The Pearl met all of our expectations and then some. We felt at home in the beautifully decorated and perfectly accommodated room in 402. The balcony view of the beach and pool area was perfect for us to share a meal or enjoy the sunrise/sunset. All of the amenities worked as they should which was a pleasant surprise. Even the little ice maker and beverage cooler added to the pleasantries. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach set up. It should be noted that if you plan to bring your own chairs, you must set up by 6 am to avoid back row seating to the rental chairs and umbrellas. The pool, hot tub and grill area made our stay extra enjoyable.Overall, we give The Pearl a 10 out of 10 and can't not wait for our next visit.

Spring Break at the beach!

We enjoyed a nice time at this property with our children for their spring break. Great location!! Super comfy beds and loved the screen door option in the master bedroom!

Labor Day Vacay

2nd time staying at The Pearl. This unit is nice. WiFi was changed on Sunday and TV and WiFi was not working after that at all, other than having a change of WiFi on a holiday weekend and on a Sunday was surprising, all was good. We really like Navarre Beach!

We all wanted to stay longer and will be back next year! One item needs to be addressed/ the decor in the master bedroom ( red white and blue plaid comforter gave a woodsie mountain vibe😖)When I turned the cover over to the blue and white striped side I was back at the beach🎉🎉🎉

It was nice

I felt like they went out of their way to help and accommodate us., make us comfortable and to see that we had a good stay. The location was perfect, felt very safe. The overall maintenance inside the unit and building was good.. a couple takeaways. Security was a little uncomfortable. We didn’t do anything wrong and had no interactions with them.. but it seemed like there was always staring and looking up at the balconies and hunting for someone doing something they wasn’t supposed to be doing. Felt like it took away a little bit of our privacy. The pantry look like it hadn’t been cleaned in years, looked greasy and dusty. The floors felt like they could’ve been cleaned a little better.. for the money you pay for cleaning I believe the cleaner should spend more time cleaning and do a better job. Our stay was interrupted two days in a row for routine pest control.. it only took about five minutes, but something like that should be done in between checkouts. I’m sure it could be coordinated better. Tried to use the Jacuzzi tub our last couple nights there. The Jets didn’t work. Again the people at the office was excellent. In person and over the phone. Overall, I would stay again and I wouldn’t discourage anyone else from staying there. The good overwhelmed the bad. I honestly believed there is a few little things that could be done to make it even better.. as I mentioned above. Special thanks to the office staff.....Thanks Matt Mays

As for pest control, that service is handled by the HOA and unfortunately we don’t have control over the schedule. We’ve asked in the past if it could be done between guest stays, but it hasn’t been possible, likely due to limited availability on weekends. We had a wonderful time. Clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen has everything but a cook. The beach was nice too. They have the condo (the Pearl) has sold out to the beach companies and there were 3 rows of umbrellas and chairs to wade through to get to the water. The condo was amazing. Would rent again if there was not a beach company setting up umbrellas and chairs everywhere that were mostly empty.

Love the proximity to the beach! Not too far from the pier, if walking. The condo felt very spacious. Wonderful view! My daughters loved swimming at the pool!

The condo was very clean and nice even the sheets and comforter smelt clean. The two double beds in the guest room could be updated. They sank in the middle. This is the second time staying at the pearl and I’d request this unit again.
