Coral Breeze B (Unidades A y B, una casa estilo rancho a nivel del suelo) es tu nuevo paraíso. Cada dormitorio 2 laterales y 2 baños de este dúplex adorable ofrece todo lo que necesita para su vacaciones en la isla. El dormitorio principal ofrece una cama tamaño king, un baño en suite con acceso directo a su patio tropical y piscina privada climatizada. El segundo dormitorio cuenta con 2 camas individuales y la sala de estar tiene un fabuloso sofá cama. La cocina cuenta con nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y todas las comodidades que desearías tener. Estás a solo 2 minutos a pie del hermoso Golfo de México, donde puedes ver muchos atardeceres impresionantes o pasar el día disfrutando de los sonidos de las olas. Vea lo adorable Anna Maria Island tiene para ofrecer con sus exclusivas boutiques y restaurantes fantásticos, ya sea a pie o tomar el paseo en tranvía gratis. Es posible que incluso desee reservar ambos lados del dúplex para reuniones familiares o grandes reuniones donde pueda dormir 8 y tener DOS piscinas y cuatro dormitorios. Amazing Island Beach Vacation

We’re going to make it an annual thing! Such a perfectly sized place. Quiet neighborhood. The pool is beautiful. Comfortable beds. And the place was spotless both times. Although we barely spend any time inside because the back yard is so amazing with multiple seating areas and then the two minute walk to the most beautiful beach just can’t be beat! So many delicious restaurants nearby but we also enjoyed grilling out back a few nights. The property managers are great. Quick to respond. We ran out of propane and someone was there in less than two hours to change it! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need and the box in the carport has just about everything you need for a fun day at the beach. I can’t say enough about this wonderful, cozy home away from home!

Highly recommended

This place was everything as described here -- and more. It was centrally located, an easy walk to the beach, a short drive to Publix and various restaurants. Everything necessary to a comfortable stay was provided. The pool and the deck were beyond beautiful, and provided a wonderful place to hang out and relax. We spent a week here and feel we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. Highly recommended.

The cottage has everything you need for your vacation - especially ALL the items you will need to cook or grill if you do not want to eat out. This is the perfect beach cottage! It is clean and decorated perfectly! The covered back porch is a perfect place to sit on the occasional rainy day. The walk to the beach is short and easy. It was a nice surprise to have a beach wagon and chairs, since we usually rents those.

Not what we expected!

We have been renting in AMI for many years. Always had great accommodations until this duplex. The worst place. We didn’t expect new, as showing in the pics . But, we expected a quaint, clean and quiet place. Not so. Construction across the street, starting at 7 am. We were never told. The pool area the roof was leaking as it poured rain a few nights. So we couldn’t use the patio. The pool needs resurfacing badly, we didn’t get in it. Floors dirty. Kitchen was very small. When you opened the refrigerator door it banged against the wall. The mattress in the master was comfortable but the beds in both bedrooms were very high, would not recommend for small children or elderly or people with bad knees. Very low water pressure in the shower. The washer n dryer are very small n old. Finally the tenants before we checked in left the garbage bin completely full and we had to wait for the first pickup before we could put our garbage out. Since my husband and I needed this vacation and we were there for the beach, we made the best of it and we were blessed with wonderful sunny days and great dining . Only went back to the duplex to bathe n sleep. This place needs more than TLC.

Great house and location to Beach

The master bed was too high off floor for my wife who is 5', so we had to sleep in the pull out couch. Master bathroom is nice and door to pool was convenient. Very short walk to beach. Only con was mosquitos on deck out back in the afternoon and evening. Pool shade to sun during day was perfect.

Awesome Stay!

It was a great place to stay. Beautiful beachy chic decor and the pool was so nice! You are minuets for the beautiful beach. Only thing was the beds, they were rock hard.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed on the island many times, but this was our favorite house yet. The private pool and short walk to the beach was perfect. The granite counter tops and quality fixtures shows that they want their renters to have a comfortable stay. When we first arrived it seemed the air conditioning was not working (it was fine but there was a sensor that shuts off the a/c if any doors are working). When we called them late on a Saturday evening, they explained the sensor but said they would still send someone out to check the a/c. Once all doors were closed, the a/c came back on so I called them back and told them no need for a maintenance person. They insisted they still wanted to check. It the little things like that and the attention to detail that I appreciate. We had an amazing vacation.

Great location, easy check-in, nicely appointed

The property was in a great location, close to a beach access and in a central location on the island. The villa was nicely decorated and comfortable. Private pool and covered veranda were lovely. Only suggestion would be to include more info on what beach accessories were available so we would need to know what we had to bring/rent before we got there. Enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!
