🔑 BEACH KEY FOB: Beach Key Fob is located in the unit upon arrival. The Fob must be used to access the beach and to return to the property from the beach.
🔹 The Key Fob must be placed back in unit upon your departure date failure to do so a $100 fine will be charged to the guest for replacement of the FOB.
🐶 PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).
🦮 Service animals must remain with the guest at all times and cannot be left unattended inside the unit.
