Our listing provides such a wealth of information and photos for travelers on what we provide. This ensures that everyone can plan accordingly for their getaway. We are sorry to hear of the washing machine provided issues as you stated and you had trouble with the lock. Had we been notified during your visit about the lock or washing machine during your stay we would have been able to help. Unfortunately, we were not given the opportunity to do so. Rest assured the resort lock codes, "HOW TO" and are changed in between guests as noted in the welcome access information email. Thanks for the recommendations, we will have the washing machine looked at, much appreciated. In regards to politics, we do realize that our beautiful public beach attracts all walks of life, as it should. We encourage everyone to be open and welcome diversity. This is America, the right to free speech, the right to education and the right to create your own path. We are a small family business, women owned and operated who come from very diverse multicultural backgrounds ourselves. No doubt, these are very divisive times in our country.
