The open living area has space to relax and includes a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. Step outside to an outdoor seating area for morning coffee or an evening wind-down. In-home laundry adds convenience during longer stays. The building includes an elevator for easy access, and you’ll have dedicated garage parking for one vehicle, with additional street parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests also enjoy access to community amenities, including an outdoor pool and fitness center.

• Parking: Dedicated garage parking for 1 vehicle. Additional street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Elevator: The building has an elevator operated by building management. If it’s unavailable due to maintenance, stairs will be required.
• Communal amenities: Access to the community outdoor pool and gym is provided; hours and availability are managed by the building and may vary.
• Pet policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friend! One pet is allowed per stay. An additional $75 fee applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet and ensure the fee is processed.
• Laundry: Private in-home laundry is available during your stay.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
