Had we been made aware during your stay, we would have been more than happy to send our cleaner through to address it immediately. Regarding the loft and bunk beds, we appreciate your comments. VRBO’s listing settings don’t allow us to classify it as a 2-bedroom plus loft, so we rely on the photos and bedroom description to clarify the layout. We’ll review our listing again to ensure it’s as clear as possible, especially for groups with adults who may prefer more private sleeping arrangements. As for the firewood, we apologize for the misunderstanding. We actually keep nearly a cord of firewood stored under the deck outside, and we’ll make sure to better highlight that in our guest information going forward.
