Perfect vacation home.

The property was exactly how described. All the amenities were perfect and everything inside and outside the house was in working condition. The pool was a great feature to come back to relax in after a long day at the beach or in town. The fire table was also very nice to relax around after the sun went down. The neighborhood was quiet and had very little traffic. The host was beyond excellent and could not ask for better communication, especially when we had questions or concerns. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend this place for an enjoyable get away.

Great Location/Heated Pool

Great location for exploring the area!! The house is awesome—has everything you need. The heated pool was great, especially since we were there in December and didn’t know what the weather might do. There’s also a ping pong table and corn hole boards. Safe neighborhood/area. Highly recommend if it fits your family!

Lovely home

The home delivered on all fronts. Well equipped kitchen and home. Outdoor space did not disappoint and had plenty of shaded options to enjoy the heat but out of the sun. Pool was imperative during an unseasonably hot week in Sarasota and we enjoyed it when we could.

My family had a blast. Our previous rental had to cancel 2 days before our trip due to an issue at the home. However I was able to secure this place 24hrs before our arrival and we were not disappointed. We enjoyed every minute of our stay upon our arrival. Family of 5 with plenty of space (3 kids, 2 adults). Home has every thing you will need. Just a short drive to beaches and restaurants. By far one of our favorite places we have stayed. Definitely a good time. Easy check in with clear communication. Overall we had an Awesome time. Not to mention was close enough to the airport, light traffic.

House is gorgeous

When we walked in the entryway was gorgeous as you walk in you see this house was spotless and beautiful. It rained a lot the week we were here but when it wasn’t we enjoyed the backyard oasis and beautiful pool. There is a ping pong table many different sitting areas one with a fire pit table all under beautiful Pergolas there is also one in a screened in porch. This house had everything we needed, they even left little soaps , shampoos, laundry and dishwasher tablets. Ryan our host responded with everything right away , I had a lot of questions as I usually do but he was very kind and attentive. There you can choose which beach you would like to visit and it is a fifteen to twenty minute drive . We went to Anna Maria almost everyday but we also stopped at St Armand’s circle which I love and Lido beach. You can not go wrong with these beaches but Bean Point holds a special place in my heart. You will not need to bring anything with you they have bikes Kayaks all beach equipment they even had sunscreen and lotion if you needed it , we of course brought our own beach blankets chairs towels but we did not need to all was provided. I have been using VRBO for 10 years and now that it’s an app and everywhere you are never sure who to go with but I can assure you this house is amazing. Thank you Ryan for the wonderful stay we will be back soon!!

Nothing charming about the experience

Great pool…My husband & I vacationed with my parents & my two kids age 3 yrs old and 9 months old. Communication leading up to check in was nonexistent. I had to reach out to the host about checking in. By Tues the AC in the house was broken. I reached out to the host & made him aware. He sent out a tech who let us know the house had a 26 year old unit. Talk about really trying to get your monies worth. There was no follow up from the host so the next day I reached out to him and he advised another tech would be out and that he would be there to meet the tech. He did not come out to meet the tech, a tech arrived unannounced. We were unable to use the oven as it made the house ten times hotter. It made the room my kids slept in the hottest. So the groceries we purchased were no longer usable. We also purchased fans to try to make the house cool since the host was providing no communication of a solution coming. We were unable to have a day at the beach like planned because we didn’t want someone in the house around all of our things without us there. I again reached out to the host who finally advised that the AC needed to be replaced. We negotiated a refund for the issue of 3 nights for the inconvenience. We cut our trip short a day because of how hot and miserable it was. After returning home the host decided to retract our negotiation of the refund and he refunded me 60% of what we originally agreed upon stating he had to spend too much to fix the AC.
