Fantastic 3 Bedroom/2bath cottage in desirable Summerwind location. Close to the beach and other popular Seabrook Island amenities.
Nestled in the palms located on the second fairway, this cottage is a gem.
There is important information regarding the use of the island’s facilities, gate passes and cancellation polices for all features at the end of this description, please read before booking.
You and your family will enjoy this amazing cottage located in the desirable Summer Winds neighborhood of Seabrook Island. The cottage, nestled amongst the palms on the second fairway, is the perfect vacation spot for your family and friends. It is a stand-alone cottage with ample room for parking three cars underneath. The cottage is freshly decorated by professional interior designer, featuring a warm and breezy interior, with high-end finishes. Once you experience this wonderful island at this beautiful cottage, you are sure to want to come back to it year after year.
The main level of the cottage (or second floor) has an open, bright and welcoming interiors with an updated kitchen, dining area, living room and fireplace with a 58” flatscreen HDTV. This cottage hosts three bedrooms, the primary bedroom offers a king size deluxe bed and an ensuite full bathroom with walk-in shower. The two other bedrooms are behind a closed door hallway on the other side of the cottage The first bedroom features two twins and the other a queen. There is a shared full bathroom with a tub between the two. Both bedrooms offer HDTVs and the twin includes a gaming system (PS4) for your children and guests to enjoy. A fantastic screened-in porch spanning the back of the home and overlooking the golf course, is yours to enjoy with a dining table and 6 chairs as well as a spacious seating area. An electric grill is available on the side deck for all your BBQ favorites.
Outside on that same side deck you will find the entry to an enclosed cargo lift that you can use to carry up your bags, groceries and whatever else you need, making moving into this home easy and accessible to all.
A washer and dryer is also available for your convenience.
This cottage sleeps 6 comfortably. Nonsmoking. No pets are allowed, must be 28 to rent.
INCLUDED: WIFI, high-speed Internet, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels. This will save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with clean, fresh linens and complete sets of towels will be available. Beach bikes can be rented and delivered to the house before you arrive, some beach chairs and an umbrella are also provided for your enjoyment in the under house area.
*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. You are able to have a maximum of 3 gate passes for this property. You will be required to pay for those passes directly to us via a method that does not charge a processing fee. This must happen at least a week prior to your stay.
THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 3 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are provided with rentals of one week or more.
Those staying less than one week are required to pay $45 per day up or $225 per week. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican`s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).
Cancellation Policy:
For any cancellation at any time, you will be charged the payment processing fee (3-4%) unless you did not pay via credit card or other payment method that charges. Additional cancellation policies applied by VRBO are listing in the cancellation policy section on the listing in VRBO.
