Absolutely amazing deal.p3rfect location to feel like home but not trapped in a tourist trap. Very clean. Just a couple mins walk to the beach. Everything there that u need! Open the door or window and u hear the beach. Hostess was so pleasent. Can't wait to go back!

I was a nice and clean unit. Very closed to the beach, you can go walking and is relaxing. The host gave us specific instructions and respond fast to our questions.

Great stay

I am a returning guest here, and again we had an amazing stay. Fantastic host and perfect house for our vacation. We enjoy very much the location and accommodation. Supper clean, well stocked and easy walk to the beach.We will come back!

Nothing about the place was bad, all utensils and appliances were present and functional, and everything was clean and organized. The only downside was nothing to do with the host accommodations, it was that the weather was not great. All in all, I would recommend.

Quite beach house

Townhouse close enough for short walk to the beach, as well as mult pools, many dining options and just a nice short drive to the historic downtown St. Augustine. Perfect for some relaxation away from home.

Little slice of heaven near the beach

Great location, quick access to beach, grocery stores, restaurants and gas stations. This place has everything you need to get away and cook at home or go out to eat. Complex also has a pool nearby.

This was a great place to stay! Close walk to the beach and pools, very clean, Beatrix provided a ton of supplies for laundry, etc. and a fully stocked kitchen. Great communication. Will absolutely stay here again.

Fantastic

We loved our stay at this townhouse.Very impressed with the immaculate condition of the unit and the pride Beatrix takes as a host to make sure everything you need is provided. Great location. Enjoyed our short walk to beach everyday and close to shopping and restaurants.Beatrix was very accommodating and easy to work with. Will absolutely stay again.

Great location!

Everything was as described, loved everything about it! The location was great for beach access, but was also within walking distance to other things, like Starbucks, a surf shop, etc. The pool got the teen boys’ approval, so that’s something. Great communication with Beatrix, she left so much info regarding restaurants, etc that was very helpful!

St. Augustine Townhouse Condo

Wonderful condo with great amenities. Immaculate and comfortable furnishings. We enjoyed two weeks at the beach and on site pools. Beatrix has everything you need and was so gracious to work with. We will return!

Close to beach

Me and my family (3 kids ages 4 to 8) had a wonderful time staying at this location. That's only about a five minute walk to the beach. A couple minutes drive to Saint Augustine's main beach and a ten to fifteen minute drive, 2 saint augustine's downtown. There's also a grocery store less than 30 Secs away. And most of all, the owner is super responsive. Thanks for a great family vacation. We would totally stay again!!

Fun in the Sun

A great unit, very well stocked upon arrival. Indoor/Outdoor pool was very nice. Enjoyed a short walk to the beach for some fun beach days. We also enjoyed sitting on the patio in the evenings listening to the frogs. We would definitely rebook this unit and/or with this property owner again.

Perfect Family Reunion

This resort is a little hidden gem, and the townhouse we stayed in couldn't be better. Absolutely everything you could expect to find was there and more. Plus, the location was perfect. The screened in porch looked out over greenery and afforded lots of privacy. Lots of shade, short walk to the beach, and pools were easily accessed. Everyone we met in this gated community was friendly, and none of the family members wanted to leave.

Perfect for our needs

My mom, sister and I spent two nights at this condo in Oct. It is easy to get to, clean and spacious, quiet and has all the things you need for your home away from home. The kitchen is well-stocked and the beds are comfortable. The weather did not cooperate for us to walk to the beach, but we could tell it was a short walk from the condo. It is also a fairly easy drive to downtown St. Augustine. It was the perfect place for our visit and I would stay there again if visiting St. Augustine again.
