Your Beachside Escape Is Only A Five Minute Walk To The Sand!

Located beachside in Indialantic just a 5-minute walk to Paradise Beach Park, the park offers lifeguards, concessions, bathrooms, showers, playground and several volleyball courts. Several other smaller parks are situated north and south along the beach. After a day of fun with included beach amenities, stroll back for an evening grilling on the patio or dine at one of several restaurants within walking distance. A book is onsite offering other ideas such as visiting the Historic downtown Eau Gallie Art or Melbourne districts. When the stars align, enjoy a Space Center launch from the from the front balcony or the beach. Our Beachside Escape offers a retreat away from the more tourist-heavy areas, while only a short drive to all the Space Coast & Orlando has to offer.

Great getaway

We had a great time staying at Beachside escape. The property was clean and well equipped for our stay. It was as described in the listing. It is located just off of the main ocean drive for a very short walk to the beach. The beach in this area was very unpopulated and beautiful. We enjoyed our stay!

A few bumps

There was a leak when we arrived but it was addressed immediately. We saw a couple of dead bugs, but we expect that in Florida. Nothing "shocking", clearly the owners have regular pest treatments. The owners were very accomodating for our families needs. The space was really well appointed with cooking utensils, pots and pans and storage. We really appreciated the unusual amount of cups and plates which made cooking onsite a joy. We would definitely stay there again,

GROSS - DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY

Upon check in we experienced ROACHES crawling on the kitchen ceiling, a dirty dishwasher, and when we went to get the broom and dustpan out of the pantry to get the roaches down, it was covered in food. It's no wonder they have roaches. We found dead roaches upstairs. I saw more roaches in 10 mins at this property than I did in my 15 years of owning my own Florida home.We immediately contacted the property manager (cobwebs hit us in the face when we sat down on the couch to make the call). The property manager showed up on site and killed another roach that came crawling out. She agreed, "You're right. You shouldn't have to experience this for the kind of money you are paying." Before we left, we all agreed to settle for a refund for nights 2-5. We went through all the proper procedures with VRBO directly. And the owner agreed to pay us directly after the VRBO payout. We still have not received payment and received a recent text from the owner saying we would not be receiving one. VRBO didn't act quickly enough during the whole process and states that since the payment has been processed to the owner, that they can't assist in the refund process. I held off on writing a review until now because human character matters to me and with proper management of the situation I would have been more understanding. The owners are dishonest, misleading, disingenuous, and conniving.And the property was just gross and not well maintained. Don't book this unless you want weeks of hassles!

Wonderful Holiday Stay

Our family enjoyed a wonderful holiday trip to Indianlantic at this beautiful home. We appreciated all of the touches around as well as a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable rooms/beds and great location. Highly recommend!
