Relax and enjoy this small, cozy cabin near Greers Ferry Lake between Heber Springs and Quitman. Cabin is 5 miles from Cove Creek Campground and 7 miles from Heber Springs. Enjoy the private, country life at this 1 bedroom, 1 bath cabin with sleeper sofa, front and back porch, firepit, and all the basic kitchen supplies. This cabin is perfect for those that enjoy the outdoors and do not need a big space. It sits off the main road, down a shared private drive on a portion of 25 acres in the country. The cabin shares a driveway with the owners metal shop that is used for an office and facility for their kids sporting activity practice.
Cabin is 360 sq feet and was built by property owners in late 2015. Cabin is completely covered in tongue and groove pine on interior walls and floors with galvanized metal ceilings.

Fisherman and boats are welcome and we have plenty of spacious parking for your boat as well as outdoor outlet on front and back porches.

We DO NOT have you do the work before you leave. We ask that you take care of our home, wash the dishes used and bag all trash. Please do not leave the bags directly on the wood floor (there are cans inside and 1 out)
There are no laundry facilities on site. (there are 3 local laundry mats)

This property has stairs at both entrances and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility.
Please stay on gravel, not grass.

No Smoking in cabin or near doors or open windows. No pets.

No parties, events or large gatherings
Must be 21 years old to rent.

Property owners have dogs and cats on property that do roam the expanse of property and will appear at the cabin.

The property sleeps 2 adults or 2 adults and 1 child comfortably. Due to the size of the property, extra guests will need to be approved with the owners.

Holidays and special events may require a longer minimum stay.

Our rules are minimal but breaking them or damaging our property will result in extra fees.

Our cancellation policy will be followed, we recommend purchasing trip insurance. The maximum length of stay allowed is 14 days. Reservations for greater than 14 days will be cancelled.
