The property was in a quiet neighborhood which felt safe. Having three bedrooms was very advantageous as we had an extended family member with us who was able to have their own space. The property feels very out of the center of Springfield but was within 15 to 20 minutes of anywhere we needed to go. There was a nice Greenway near the property that would be a beautiful walk as well.

It felt like home!

It felt like home! The beds were quite comfortable, plenty of towels, plenty of pots/pans/kitchen items, tv with Prime available. We would stay here again if we are ever in the Springfield area again.

The property was easy to find and was mostly quiet with just occasional road noise in the back bedroom. Comfy beds! The living area seating was a bit of a challenge for me as an asthma sufferer - the sofa seemed to have odd (maybe smoke) scent. The bathroom met our needs - it could use a grab bar to step out of the shower safely but we navigated ok without it. Nice big kitchen with plenty of kitchen items to cook at the house. The A/C and fans worked extremely well. We enjoyed the cool interior of the house and thermostat settings worked well - did not have to set to low temp to have AC come on. Overall great experience.

Thank you for your nice review, Terry. The house is a smoke-free house, so it could be that the last guests had a smoke smell about them. Sorry about that!

Amazing

Was a great house, nicely decorated and comfortable. I felt very at home, backyard was fenced in, so kids could go outside. Close to hreat walking paths, and layout very nicely thought-out. Edna was very responsive to questions and loved the stay, would definitely stay thete again.

The house was very nice. Communication with the property manager was the best I’ve experienced. There were extra amenities also like bottled water, granola bars, etc. We really enjoyed our stay.

Quiet Retreat

Ours was a short stay, but we appreciated the quiet neighborhood. It was close to shopping and restaurants. The house was fully equipped, we only had to supply our food. A real Gem!

Wonderful experience

Our stay at this home was wonderful. The host was very responsive and ensured we had all information we needed for the home and even surrounding areas. The neighborhood was very quiet. The house was even stocked with small items a person may forget such as seasonings, condiments and soaps. The house was very clean in all areas. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and will choose this location again if ever needed in the future.

The perfect place for our family to see friends and still have our own space. The fenced in back yard was a plus for the kids. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors on both sides were very friendly when our kids ball accidentally went over the fence. We had everything we needed and more at the house, and the beds were comfortable! Plus, the location was close enough to things for us to go grab food or have it delivered, but not so close that we were right in the middle of the city noise. The farm and park was only about 2 minutes away and great for the kids to burn off some energy. I would definitely recommend this host, they were very helpful and quick to respond. We loved it there. And we will definitely be coming back to stay again! Thank you!

Perfect

This house was a great place to stay! It was located in a very good, safe location as well as a very good newer country like community. Although you feel more remote, you are still very close to a bunch of stuff. It’s perfect for someone not wanting to be in the middle of town but also doesn’t necessarily want to drive a long ways to grab food or go shopping either. Decorated very well. Very clean. Very organized. The property owner was also very thorough and prompt with communication. Would recommend 10/10!
