Upon entering, you will immediately take notice of the living room's high ceilings, ample natural lighting, and plush furnishing. The gas fireplace is great for cooler nights in, and the large smart TV is always ready to host family movie viewings. The adjacent chef's kitchen comes well-equipped for all of your culinary pursuits with its updated appliances.

Expansive and bright, the two primary bedrooms boast ensuite bathrooms, complete with dual sinks and walk-in showers. With central air, soft linens, and homey furnishings in each of the bedrooms - no one's comfort will go unattended. Downstairs, extend the space for entertaining with the family room's foosball table, kitchenette, and seating area. A separate laundry room is available for added convenience.

A true focal point of Old KenDucky Home is its grand outdoor space, featuring multiple levels of decks, a private pool, a sand volleyball court, and tennis/basketball court access. Private Pool Dates: The private pool is open May 1st through October 15th. The private pool is unavailable outside of these dates.
