With five bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms – 140 North Sea Pines Drive can host a group of up to 16 guests. You'll have your toes in the sand in no time by taking a quick walk/bike ride to the Sea Pines Beach Club.

A nice perk is this is dog friendly home allowing two small dogs maximum per reservation and each dog must weigh 20 pounds or less. The pet fee is an additional $250 plus tax – please reach out to our office in advance to confirm your dog.

**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**

• Distance to Beach: 1/2 Mile to Beach - Easy Walk or Bike Ride to the Sea Pines Beach Club. Great place to spend the days as they have dining options, restroom facilities and even a surf shop! There is a leisure path at the foot of the driveway that will lead you to the Beach Club.

• Private Pool/Spa Info: This BRAND new pool and spa were completed in 2024 and is 24' by 12' with a depth of 3.5-5.5'. The pool and spa can be heated seasonally for an additional fee. The spa can be heated year-round for an additional fee. The pool can only be heated for stays falling between Labor Day through Memorial Day for an additional fee. No pool heat is available during the summer months. Please email or call Coastal Home and Villa at least two weeks prior to your arrival if you would like to add pool/and or spa heat + pay fee.

• Paying guest reservations staying between 4-27 nights will receive a $250 VayK Life beach/bike gear credit. This will be emailed to you after making a reservation and is valid for VayK Life rentals only.

• Parking: There is parking available at the home for up to five cars max. Parking passes are an additional $17/pass per week. Parking is not available in the garage. The garage is available for storage only, no parking available.
