The Space:

The space

Coastal-inspired details set the tone throughout - subway tiles, brushed nickel accents, and soft beach hues create a relaxed, inviting atmosphere. The open layout is bright and comfortable, with everything you need for a great stay. Two televisions keep things easy on slower evenings, and a dedicated workspace means you can stay connected if needed. The unit is equipped with a smart lock for seamless self check-in.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom features a Queen bed, and the living room offers a Queen sleeper sofa - comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. Bed linens, towels, and essentials are all provided.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook in: refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster, along with cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. A dining table rounds out the space for shared meals.

 

Bathroom

The bathroom includes a bathtub, hair dryer, hot water, and cleaning products - a clean, well-appointed space for your stay.

 

Outdoor & community amenities

Your balcony overlooks the ocean and is the perfect spot to unwind at any time of day. The Seaside Villas community offers a pool and sundeck, BBQ grills, direct beach access, bike racks, and car parking. A coin-operated laundry room is conveniently located on each floor. Beach essentials - including beach towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are provided, along with 4 beach chairs. Gated security and a parking pass are included for your stay.

There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! There are free trolley stops at various locations throughout the island.
