This 4-bedroom, 3-bath home is an elegant Charleston-style residence with views of wildlife and Ocean Creek Golf Course designed by Davis Love III. The property is right down the road from Fripp's marina, the Bonito Boat House Restaurant, the marina store, Cabana Club, beach access and more. The open concept floor plan has gleaming hardwood floors and a spacious kitchen featuring granite countertops, stainless-steel full-size appliances, and custom cabinets. The bar area has a beverage cooler for added fridge space. The large screened in decks on both levels are perfect for enjoying Fripp's sub-tropical climate.

There are three bedrooms on the second floor. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a twin daybed with a twin trundle. This bedroom has an en-suite bath with a shower and double sinks, as well as access to a private screened in deck. The other two bedrooms have access to a shared balcony. The guest bedroom upstairs has a queen bed, and the bunk room has a twin over full bunk bed. These two bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a tub shower combo. On the first floor, the second guest bedroom has a king bed and access to a hall bathroom with a tub shower combo.

Features of the home include TVs in all bedrooms and the living room, 5 TVs in total. This property is currently streaming only, allowing you to access your favorite streaming applications. High speed wireless internet is available throughout the house. There is a charcoal grill and an electric fireplace available for your use. Garage access is included with space to park 3 cars/golf carts. Last but not least, in the backyard there is a sitting area with a firepit.

A 4-seat golf cart is included with your rental. Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It's a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island.

These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
