Beautiful 4 bedroom home with a pool!

Welcome to 21 Orchard. Beautiful new home with four bedrooms and four baths. Located near shops and restaurants. Only 2 miles to the Pier/Village area and 2 miles to the nearest beach access point.

The main living level has a queen bedroom with an ensuite bath and Smart TV. The dining room seats 8, the kitchen area can seat 6 at the table and 2 at the bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with lots of cabinet space, island, gas cooktop, and new appliances. The living room has a large sectional sofa and easy chairs with a large Smart TV over the gas log fireplace. Just outside the living room you will find a covered patio with tables, chairs and sofa for entertaining. There is a pool that can be heated as well (additional charge).

Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms, all with ensuite baths. The master bedroom is equipped with a king bed, walk in shower and a soaking tub. A large flat panel Smart TV hangs on the wall opposite the king bed.

The second upstairs bedroom has queen bedding, Smart TV and ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom is the bunk room. There is a double bed bunk with a single on top. This room is also equipped with a Smart TV and ensuite bath. In the hallway upstairs you will find the washer and dryer tucked away in a large closet.

Come enjoy all that St Simons Island has to offer from this well-located and very comfortable home. You will be rebooking this one year after year.

Note: There are exterior cameras on the front and back of the home.
Note: TVs are streaming only.
Note: Pool can be heated for an additional charge. Pool is 14x20ft and 3.5 - 6ft deep.

The property was great. It's a shame the owner elected to employ their back yard security cameras on a 24/7 basis. Not that we had anything to hide or were conducting any nefarious activities, but just the invasion of our privacy would prevent me from ever renting this property in the future. I understand it's their prerogative to do so, but still it was a not something I would ever do to my guests. Turning it on once everyone is in bed would have been better.

Great place to stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is new construction and perfect with plenty of space for a large family and is in a great location to get to so many different places. The backyard is wonderful for warm days too! It’s the perfect house to have children in with lots of bathrooms, a pool in the backyard, and a really fun dining room table that converts into a ping pong or air hockey table. My only recommendation would be for them to add in throw blankets to the living room and some heavier blanket options for the beds as we went during the winter months, but other than that thy had everything you need!

Lovely Home

The pictures are accurate. The home is lovely. Spacious kitchen, 4 great bedrooms and bathrooms, and a nice backyard with a pool. The house was clean and roomy. It's in a great location with a shopping center across the street with restaurants, a grocery store and various stores. The area is walkable.My only issue was with the property management company. I paid 400 for a heated pool. They told me one person had the app for the pool. They turned the heat on which was too hot during the day and too cool at night. All my texts and calls were related to the pool heat. It would have been so much better if I would have been able to control the heat and pool lights. I paid a steep price and was not able to make use of the pool as much as we would have liked because of the heat. That was very disappointing.
