Ocean Oasis in Seaside Park; short walk to beach, bay, and boardwalk

Welcome to our summer getaway on Seaside Park's ocean side, just a short walk to the M St. entrance to the sandy beach and an easy 10 minute stroll to the Sawmill entrance to the famous boardwalk. Park your bicycles and beach gear in the gated back yard, where you can also grill and enjoy outdoor dining. Hang out, eat, or play board games on the sunny enclosed front porch; watch TV or chat in the living room, have breakfast in the fully-equipped eat-in kitchen.

This ground floor apartment sleeps six comfortably. The largest of the three bedrooms has a queen bed and plenty of room for a port-a-crib, the second bedroom features two twin beds, and there's a double bed in the third bedroom: a perfect set-up for families. The pull-out couch in the living room has a firm queen mattress. As is typical for rentals in this area, we ask guests to bring your own sheets and towels (pillows and light bedspreads are provided), or we can put you in contact with a linen service that will deliver before your arrival.

In addition to the full bathroom in the unit, you'll have access to a spacious fully enclosed hot-water shower just steps out the back door.

We ask guests to respect quiet hours between 10 pm and and 7 am.

Four adult beach badges are provided (must be returned or pay lost badge fee $75/badge), beach access for children under 12 is free.

Looking for more to do? Walk 1.5 blocks west to crab or fish from the bay bulkhead, or take a few more steps to a playground with a play structure, a basketball court, and sunset views. View Wednesday night fireworks from the nearest dune (weather permitting). Hang out on the Seaside Park beach for kite night, or stroll down to Seaside Heights for free concerts and movies on the beach. Walk to the twice a week Seaside Park farmers' market, check out regularly scheduled craft shows, or visit the nature trails of nearby Island Beach State Park.

While we do charge a cleaning fee to take care of sanitizing after your stay, we ask guests to maintain basic cleanliness, including sand management and trash disposal.
