- Please refrain from climbing the indoor ladder to access the loft area as it is not intended for guest use.



BURN BAN EFFECTIVE - Gillespie County Burn Ban is ON, effective October 14, 2025 at 5:00 PM.: Attached please find a local DECLARATION OF DISASTER & ORDER RESTRICTING OUTDOOR BURNING related to imminent threat of wildfires. Restrictions: NO open fires/burning and NO smoking.

As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please leave all hot coals in the grill to cool completely, we will handle proper disposal. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. If it is discovered that the fire pits/chimineas/outdoor fireplaces were used or wood was burned during your stay, a fine starting at $100 will be applied. This is a serious fire safety issue, and we kindly ask that you comply with all city-mandated regulations. Thank you for your understanding!



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the cottage, hot tub and backyard area.

Quiet neighborhood. Owners live up the street from the rental.



Getting Around:

This cottage is 8.4 miles from downtown Fredericksburg/Main St. Also, 5.2 miles to the nearest winery! We do offer Luxury Private Transportation Services, please reach out to us directly for details and scheduling!



Other Things to Note:

- This property is suitable for children/infants, all ages.



- This property is not pet-friendly.



- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.



- NO SMOKING ALLOWED.



- Security Camera: These are the only 2 security cameras on site. The front door has a Blink camera and only monitors the front porch. Second camera that monitors small back porch as well.
