Easy drive in / drive out and close proximity to restaurants. We definitely look forward to staying here next summer! I would like to suggest that a blender be placed in the unit so we could make piña coladas and margaritas. :)

very nice condo. would for sure rent again depending on price. very adequate space for the 2 of us. balcony had very nice elevated chairs that you can see over railing. only reason I didn't give it excellent rating is everything in this world could always be a little bit better. one of top 5 condos we have rented.

Overall, we had a good stay at this condo. It was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. The only downside was that it felt a little outdated compared to some other places we’ve stayed.One thing that should be addressed is the bathroom exhaust fan, which had what appeared to be mold stains around it. It wasn’t a major issue during our stay, but it’s something the owners may want to clean up and maintain.Overall, I’d still recommend this condo for a stay if you don’t mind that it’s a bit older

fresh paint and update needed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we first walked in the unit smelled musty once the doors were open it cleared up within an hour/condo could have been cleaner you can write your name in the dust ontop of refrigerator /no bar stools as shown in picture/plastic water bottle and sand under king bed/mold in the bathroom on ceilings and base boards /kitchen counter was wornout in need of replacing looks dirty from wear

Great beachfront location, having the beach chairs was a huge plus, close to everything we needed. Beautiful beach and not too crowded.

Great Stay!!

We came to Ft. Walton for a softball tournament and this was the perfect place to stay. We enjoyed the condo and it provided exactly what we expected and needed.

Our stay was right on the beach. Breathtaking views. Clean. Felt like home.

We will be back again. The location is perfect. Close to the Pier, restaurants and shopping for convince, but further away for a quieter, more relaxed vacation.

Great place to stay!

Check in was easy. Location of the condo was perfect for us. Plenty of places to eat and plenty of things to see within a couple of miles. The condo was clean and comfortable and had a great view. Beach service was a great addition! I would definitely recommend!

Transition to New Home

The unit had everything we needed for our stay. It worked great for us. We were waiting for our home to be finished and were happy to have a place to stay at the beach on short notice.

Beautiful Condo and Awesome Trip

The condo was beautiful, well stocked with everything we needed and the view was breathtaking. The beds were so comfortable and no complaints at all. My brother stayed in another unit by a different site and they said our unit was so much nicer and updated and just continued to compliment it all!
