Casa frente al mar directa (ubicación extremadamente privada) 7298 A1A Sur, San Agustín, Fl 32080. Disfrute de los amaneceres frente al mar y las puestas de sol intracostero desde la comodidad de nuestra casa. Estamos ubicados en una prístina playa de arena blanca en la Florida noreste (Crescent Beach, St. Agustín). Muy limpio, abierto y luminoso. Panorámica terraza frente al mar con walkover duna privada. Todas las comodidades, incluyendo conexión inalámbrica a Internet. Las dos habitaciones tienen camas extra grandes uno de ellos con una cama completo adicional que se expande a un rey. El salón tiene un gran sofá cama y dos balancines giratorios de cuero. Somos un hogar que admite mascotas.

Hay tres (3) televisores con DVD mantener a los niños felices después de llevar a cabo ellos mismos en la playa.
Somos un corto trayecto en coche hasta el centro de San Agustín, Marineland y Alligator Farm. Lugares de interés de World Golf Village, la ciudad más antigua del país, varios tours de fantasmas, surf y muchos otros. Disney y toda la atracción relacionada Orlando están a menos de 2 horas. Conveniente para Daytona y pueblos de los alrededores. - Seleccione "casas de alquiler" y propietario de contacto "cazadores refugio" para la fijación de precios dependiendo de la longitud deseada de la estancia.

Crescent Beach stay

Location is incredible! We love crescent beach and this property has its own private boardwalk to the beach with great views from the back deck. We enjoyed the tortoises that inhabit the property as well.

Great location, beautiful views, right on the beach.

Great house, clean, comfortable beds and furniture. Great views of the ocean, with the most beautiful sunrise over the ocean, and sunset out the front door. Be sure to sit in the lazy boy in the living room and watch the ocean for hours.

House was just perfect! Charming and just a stones throw away from the beach. My wife and I were in awe from the moment we walked in. It simply fit us. Definitely a treasure, and it has been put on our priority list to revisit…again and again.

Gorgeous beachfront home

We loved our week in St Augustine on the beach. The house is clean and nice old Florida beach style. Not modern, but rustic in a good way. Nice great room with comfortable furniture. Weather was cool (January cold snap) but the beach was wonderful anyway (and dog friendly).

We loved the property! My family love animals and the wildlife did disappoint. We watched a sea turtle come out of the water to lay her eggs!! The house was great and in a perfect location minutes away from everything.

Amazing week

Clean and spacious. Can’t beat the views. Would have been nice to have more than one set of bath towels per person. Felt like we stepped back in time with the decor which we enjoyed. Enjoyed seeing the big gopher tortoise make her rounds every day. Close to groceries and restaurants and away from crowds. Steps to get into the house and down to the beach (in case someone has limited mobility). Would definitely stay again.

Our Favorite Home Away From Home!We’ve stayed at this vacation rental about four times now, and it truly feels like our favorite home away from home. The location is absolutely perfect—quiet, peaceful, and close to everything we love about Crescent Beach.The house is always spotless, and Jim has made some wonderful upgrades since our last stay, including the kitchen and a super comfortable new living room couch. The home is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, and the comfort level is top-notch. It’s also perfect for our doodles, which is such a huge plus for us!This is the place we choose every year for our annual trip to Crescent Beach. We highly recommend it!!

Cozy beach cottage

This is a cozy beach cottage. The house is old and has many of the things that come with an older house - it’s very sturdily built and its actually nice and quiet considering how close to a busy highway it is. The water pressure is not very good. Otherwise everything was in good order - the kitchen is very well appointed and we had everything we needed to prepare meals at home with a wide selection of tools and serving ware - this was quite nice considering many beach cottage rentals have just bare bones kitchen accoutrements. The smart TV in the main room is on its last legs and we had problems getting it to work properly, but ultimately it was serviceable - we were glad to have brought a chromecast to use. Both king size beds were comfortable - one is firm, one is soft so there is ability to choose your preference. Unfortunately the beach access was destroyed by a hurricane about 3 days prior to our stay - since there is not much to do in the immediate area except use the beach this was a big disappointment- but we do understand that this is not the owners fault and we did receive a discount which amounted to about 1 free night. The owners were great and let us know about the beach issue as soon as they found out and also immediately responded to all questions via text. Check in/out was a breeze and they also allowed late checkout upon request.

Excellent beachfront cottage

This cute 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach cottage is perfect! It is right on the beach, just far enough away from the public beach entrances. It is well stocked in the kitchen. The views are great, as you can see the ocean from the back of the house and the river/bay from the front of the house. It has a ping pong table and a few beach toys. The property owner was responsive and easy to work with. We would return to this cottage time and time again!

Hunters Haven never lets us down!

Perfect getaway for family or friends. Excellent walking on the beach, perfect house for gathering yet ideal private space for two couples to have their own space. We highly recommend this house for your next Florida vacation.

Beautiful Sea Views

This house is a gem - we loved our recent visit. The house is clean, comfortable and well equipped. There are two good bedrooms and two good bathrooms so it is suitable for a family or two couples. The kitchen and dining area are great although they are not shown in the photographs. The sea views from the house are just beautiful. The direct access to the quieter end of a wonderful beach is a real delight. There is a derelict building on the next property but this did not spoil our enjoyment. Jim is a helpful host who communicates clearly and swiftly. Thank you so much, Jim.

Quiet, Serene and Relaxing

The location is beautiful. One side faces the beach and the other faces the intercostal. The size of the place is enough for two couples with enough space and privacy. Beds are comfortable, good hot water in showers. Kitchen is adequate with basic utensils. We cooked in several nights. Check in and out was easy. Strong WIFI, had no problem with several people streaming at the same time. Hope to return for another stay.

A week on the beach

Awesome house directly on the beach

Loved being able to wake up and sit in the living room watching the sunrise over the ocean. Steps from the beach and dog friendly made this a great family get away.

Beach atmosphere

The views of the Ocean and intercoastal waterway are hard to beat. Wide beach with no high rise around. The cottage is all that was promised. will be back

Beautiful ocean views

We had a great experience right from our first communication with the owners. They were very flexible to our last minute travel plans. Check in was simple and the house was exactly as expected. The sunrise over the ocean from the back of the house is spectacular. Sleeping in the back bedroom, you can watch it right through the bedroom window. From the front side of the house is a beautiful sunset over the gulf inlet. We could not have asked for better views. The beach is miles long. We brought our chocolate lab who could not wait to get to b the beach every morning for her walk. It was private enough that she could even get off leash and play ball in the water. House is comfortable and fully stocked with everything we needed. Our only reason for the 4 location rating is the house/lot next door. It is essentially a condemned structure no longer livable. It did not impact our stay other than a regular eye sore on an otherwise spectacular ocean setting at no fault of the owners. Would definitely stay again.

We chose the Crescent Beach area of St. Augustine because of the beach. The beach is with out a doubt the prettiest stretch on the ocean side of Florida. No high rise condominiums for miles and mostly private homes along the ocean. From the pier on St. Augustine Beach to the Matanzas Inlet you can ride your bikes at low tide for 8 miles or more. During the summer season the beach still has an uncrowded feel. Many times you may be the only ones on the beach!
