We picked this house for our 15th anniversary and it was well worth it. The house is excellent and has many features. We enjoyed using the pool, hot tub, game room and movie room the most. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The lake view is nice and we enjoyed using the private dock that is right across the street for some paddle boarding. We brought our own food from home but there is a small convenience store just a short walk from the house. The host was very responsive to questions and very helpful. We would stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Fun family vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our family of 5. The beds were amazingly comfortable and everything was clean and fresh. We utilized all the awesome amenities of the house including the movie room, arcade games, pool, outdoor seating, fire pit, hot tub, kayaks and paddle boards, outdoor seating, provided board games and even the convenience store next door. The bathroom and kitchen supplies were appreciated, more than just a “starter pack.” Thanks for a restful fun stay!

Great Place For The Family

This place is exactly as advertised. Super clean and well maintained with plenty to do for the family. We stayed while it was still cold out, but my kids (8 & 7) had a great time in the game room and movie room.

My kids were so busy playing in the arcade and watching movies in the cinema that it was the most relaxing time I have had in years! The home besides the entertainment area was peaceful with a view of the lake, a fireplace, and lots of coffee.

Wonderful winter Fun

The property was very clean, welcoming and accommodating. Space for multiple people. The hot tub was amazing during the winter months and the view of the frozen lake was lovely.Extremely comfortable here would definitely come back. The stairs are the only hindrance to any elderly otherwise would love to stay here in the summer as well.!!We had an excellent open fast, responding communication with the owners who are also very accommodating.

Beautiful home with lake views and pool

We stayed with another family, so two families with young kids (toddler and 6 year old). The house is beautifully decorated and well stocked. The basement video games were a hit! The heated pool and pool deck was a great area to spend time and enjoy views of the lake. This is a 3 bedroom home. We were surprised this was listed as 4 bedrooms. The basement has a door to the outside and stairs to the kitchen with no privacy, it is just an open basement. While it may be a good sleeping area for a teen, it was not appropriate for our kids. The walk to the lake was a bit farther than we thought, but still just a short walk across the road. Kayaks and paddle boards provided, which was great. The lake didn’t seem ideal for swimming while we were there (Labor Day weekend), it was a bit murky. Overall, a comfortable 3 bedroom home with lots of amenities and lots of space to spread out.

Life at the Pool

We loved the pool. Just the right size. We played pool volleyball and for 6 people, it was just right. Plenty of room to spread out and have seating. Theatre seating was great. Only thing I caution against, there are a lot of stairs. If you can’t do steps, this house would be terrible. Bathrooms are super small. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is very modern. Dining room table holds 8 and good for game night.

Get away

Our family had a stupendous time. On the lake with a heated pool. Lots of space. We had 2 movie nights. Kitchen has everything you need. My grandson wore out the game room. Also, you are only 25 minutes from Syracuse and a lot of restaurants and bars. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay

Relaxing, comfortable, and clean vacation home

Multiple spaces for relaxation, all with excellent views of the lake. Close proximity to boat rentals and grocery at the Marina next door. Provided kayaks and paddle boards for added fun. The heated pool was the icing on the cake.
