Este alquiler de verano recientemente renovado para 10 personas en sus cuatro dormitorios que ofrecen dos uno de Master Suite en cada planta y 3 ½ baños. Great family vaction home

The house was clean and the perfect size for 5 adults and 2 kids. The location was nice because it was a very short drive to Seagull Beach. The house was well equipped with everything and had a great outdoor shower. The yard is small but otherwise a perfect spot for our beach vacation.

They were their own guests!

This is a wonderful spot for families to stay. It was as if the owners themselves were their own guests, staying for a weekend, and seeing what was needed and so supplied many things. Excellent!

Large, renovated house walking distance from a private beach

We greatly enjoyed our August stay. The house is large (comfortably fit our 3 kids + grandparents), very well maintained and walking distance from a small private beach. Large and beautiful Seagull beach is a 5min drive (or a nice short bike ride).

This is absolutely the most perfect home we have found to rent for our extended family! Not only is it a beautiful home but a family friendly quiet neighborhood and hosts are very helpful and easy to reach! This home is very clean which is a big priority for me and tastefully decorated! Once you enter it feels like home which is why we have rented this home four times and are already booked for next summer! The location is also great being near many attractions and a wide variety of restaurants all while being in a great neighborhood! They certainly have earned their 5 stars and more!! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home!!

Wonderful week!

We had a wonderful time! The photos do not do justice to how spacious this home is. The kitchen was fully stocked with all necessities and the garage had bikes, a wagon, chairs etc. we stayed as a family with two small kids and in laws and everyone had their own space and bathrooms Highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful Home

House was very well laid out. 3 of the bedrooms were on suite. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had every pot, pan and kitchen item you could want. Lots of beach chairs, games, stroller, wagon. Excellent location. walking distance to beach. Only issue was that he floors were not swept when we got there. Lots of sand and hair on the floor.

Just perfect for our family!

House was very clean and inviting when we first arrived. Nice walk to the beach and very quiet neighborhood. Home has everything you could ask for. We loved the fact that there were things left in the house that we haven’t seen in other rentals. Things like spices, condiments, and kitchen towels. We replaced what we used and left them for the next renters. Sleeping arrangements were perfect for us. We will probably be renting again. Just love West Yarmouth and Lewis Bay Area.

Fantastic

The house was great. It was spacious, had all of the necessities and more. We could walk tot he beach or take fun bike rides around the neighborhood. It was a great vacation getaway.

Perfect spot for our family

My husband and I stayed in this beautiful home with our two young boys and my parents. The accommodations were perfect - we even had an extra room for occasional visitors to change for the beach, etc. Having 2 masters was ideal! The outdoor shower was amazing and the short walk or drive to neighboring beaches was a breeze! Highly recommend this home and the owners are lovely to work with! This is our favorite cape rental by far!

The perfect getaway!

We had such a great time at this lovely home! Very spacious and a ton of amenities. The kids loved the outdoor shower and there were so many extra bikes to use, which came in handy. Would definitely book again!

Highly recommended for your visit to the Cape

We had an excellent stay! Clean, comfortable and easily big enough for a group of 5 (4 adults and 1 kid). Very well equipped with beach equipment (chairs, wagons, Boogie Boards) and incredibly close to a private beach. We loved our stay!

Perfect Cape Getaway

My family and I stayed at the Barnett’s house for a week and had a wonderful time. The house is exactly as described. It’s is a lovely, clean, good-sized Cape house, on a quiet street just minutes to the private beach. The kitchen came with everything you could ever need and more. There were toys for the kids to enjoy and so many boogie boards, bikes (including helmets!), and other items to enjoy. George and Joy are very responsive. Any time I texted, I would receive a response immediately. I would highly recommend this house and would gladly stay there again.

Beautiful Cape House in walking distance to beach

This was our first time using VRBO and we had a great experience. The listing and pictures were very accurate so our family of eight were not disappointed. This home has a spacious layout and is beautifully decorated, clean and it included many extras such as new appliances, extra refrigerator, beach chairs, bikes and friendly neighbors. It truly is in walking distance to two beaches and just a short drive to Seagull beach. The home owners responded quickly with all questions we had. We all had an amazing vacation and that says a lot for eight people in one house!

Perfect Cape Getaway

Joy and George's home is perfectly located just a quarter mile from the neighborhood beach (easy walking distance) and just over a mile to Seagull Beach. We stayed there with our two kids (ages 8 and 10) and our friend and her kids (ages 7 and 11) but the home is so spacious (3.5 bathrooms and two Master suites) that we all had plenty of privacy and quiet corners. West Yarmouth has a ton of family-friendly things to do, though we stayed there during COVID-19 so we didn't partake (sad to miss Cape Cod Creamery ice cream!) We fully enjoyed the beaches though and it was one of the most relaxing vacations I have ever had. The home was impeccably clean and very updated - just a dream home and a dream vacation all around.

Perfect for families

We were a group of two families with small children (3-5yrs old) and the house was perfect layout and space for all of us. The kids loved playing in the yard and we were so close to many beaches! Morning runs to seagull beach were fast and scenic and we also made day trips to Mayflower and Harding beaches nearby. Very close proximity to shopping, groceries and lots of restaurants. Besides the linens and paper products the house was stocked with everything you’d need including beach gear, games, and everything to cook. The kids were sad to leave “their” rooms on the last day of our stay and we hope to return again in the future!

Great home for any family

Our experience renting this property was great. Short walk to the beach and quiet neighborhood. Outdoor shower was nice and big. Home was super clean and updated !!! I would rent again.

Great little house with tons of space!

My extended family and I spent a week here this August. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The house was clean, comfortable and had plenty of room for 2 families with kids. The private beach is a short walk from the house and Seagull beach a quick 5 minute drive. The place is STOCKED! We had everything thing we needed for cooking in the kitchen and the basement has additional beach gear and bikes for the kids (we couldn't fit our sons bike and we were SO happy when we saw there was a bike for him to use). My sister in Law and I have to say that our favorite feature was the outdoor shower! We used it even on days we didn't go to the beach!

Our vacation home away from home

This house was absolutely beautiful!!! It's Clean, modern, and has all the amenities you could ever need. We stayed here with our entire family. Including our daughter, son in law and our one year old granddaughter. It had plenty of room with plenty of privacy if needed. The neighborhood is quiet and The location is close to just about everything you could possibly need. We have been renting on the Cape for over 30 years and it is by far our favorite house. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you George and Joy for opening up your beautiful home to us. We love your Cape home!

Could not have asked for more!

We stayed at George and Joy’s beautiful Cape home for a week in July 2016. We had three couples and three children in our group and found the house provided the perfect amount of privacy and space – especially with the two master suites. We were impressed by not only how quiet the street was in the lovely neighborhood but also the house itself. People were able to sleep in easily while others got up early, made coffee and chatted in the sun room. You couldn’t hear a thing! The house has new, modern finishes, was immaculate and the kitchen was supplied with everything you would need even including less common items such as a salad spinner. The pots, pans and knives were high quality. The beds were very comfortable and the washer/dryer was huge allowing us to throw in a bunch of salty beach towels at the end of the day. We enjoyed the outdoor shower at the end of the day and the deck space. Our kids loved the yard space. The location was perfect being only a few minutes in the car to Seagull beach, a 15 minute drive to our favorite Dennis beaches and shopping/dining in Hyannis. A Stop & Shop and Liquor store were about 10 minutes away and a gas station about 2 minutes for those quick stops for ice and milk. George and Joy were available for any questions we had. We truly could not have asked more. We highly recommend this home.

Wonderful house!!

We were a party of 8. 4 adults and 4 children. The bedrooms were perfect for the exact needs of everybody. The house was immaculate, charming and had plenty of room to move around. The grounds are well maintained and lovely. The outdoor shower was wonderful and a pleasure after a long day at the beach. The kitchen included everything you might need to prepare meals. We barbecued almost every night and loved having everything at our disposal. The house is a few blocks away from the private beach which is very nice. We went to Sea Gull beach most of the days and that is only a five minute drive away with plenty of parking. It's $20 to park but well worth it. The town is only a few miles a way from Hyannis, which was perfect. One of the days was cloudy so we took the ferry from Hyannis to Nantucket. There is an inflatable park a couple of miles down the road and the kids (and adults) had a blast at that for the day. There's a supermarket a couple of miles down and plenty of shopping for your other needs. There are a few mini golf courses on that same strip. The mall is only minutes away as well. We had a great time and thank you to the Barnetts for answering all our questions!

Felt like home away from home!

The house was beautiful, clean and nicely updated. It was walking distance to the private beach, seagull beach and local stores. Close to Hyannis and so much more. We loved the charm, indoor seating porch area and outdoor deck. The home offered ample space for the family to spread out and come together comfortably. Great home!!! Would stay here again in a heartbeat. George and his wife were a pleasure to work with, so attentive and answered every question.

Felt like we were staying in a friend's home!!

Just returned from a week in this lovely home & cannot be more pleased!!! George was a pleasure to deal with from day 1 & answered every question & concern we had, quickly...& as rookies, we had A LOT of questions!! This was our 1st experience with a house rental & our 1st family trip to the Cape & thanks to George & his beautiful home, it was a fantastic trip! The house felt nothing like a "rental" property & everything like we were staying in a friend's home. The house was spotlessly clean, had every modern amenity & had an awesome layout for 2 families to share ( as we did). It was so comfortable & inviting. The beds were awesome! We slept better than in our own homes! With 2 spacious master suites with private baths, each couple had privacy & comfort. The kids had great rooms as well. Every little detail was seen to...hangers in all the closets, night lights in the rooms & hallways, a basket of games & toys for the kids. A perfect family home. The outdoor shower was so convenient & also very clean...no slimy floors & not a cobweb to be seen! The proximity to Hyannis was great, as well as to conveniences like CVS, Dunkin Donuts, 7-11 etc. The pictures do not do this home justice-it's simply wonderful. Hope to return again year after year!
