Este condominio de 3 dormitorios / 2 baños con vistas panorámicas al océano es la casa de vacaciones de ensueño de un diseñador de lujo con pisos de madera, encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y muebles temáticos informales de estilo playero.

La ubicación de este condominio está verdaderamente en uno de los mejores lugares de toda la península. Tendrá vistas espectaculares del Océano Pacífico, la playa de Newport, la isla Catalina y el famoso muelle Balboa desde el balcón de su propiedad de vacaciones en el tercer piso. Estás tan cerca del agua que oirás las olas rompiendo cuando te vayas a la cama por la noche y te despiertes por la mañana con un hermoso amanecer. El dormitorio principal tiene vista al mar desde la comodidad de su cama king-size de California. El segundo dormitorio cuenta con una cama tamaño queen y el tercer dormitorio es perfecto para sus hijos con 2 literas y una cama nido. El tercer dormitorio también tiene un televisor de pantalla plana para que los huéspedes puedan conectarse con sus videojuegos. También tiene acceso a un sofá cama desplegable en la sala de estar para miembros de la familia o invitados adicionales.

Ubicado cerca del muelle Balboa, cerca del corazón de la acción, este condominio frente al mar en el piso superior cuenta con una cocina completa, lavadora y secadora de carga frontal nuevas dentro del condominio, televisores de pantalla ancha, DVD y acceso a internet WiFi en todo el condominio . Se proporcionan sábanas y toallas. Hay un balcón privado al que se puede acceder desde su dormitorio principal o sala de estar con vista al Océano Pacífico y la Isla Catalina. Este condominio está muy bien asegurado detrás de las puertas de seguridad, incluye 2 espacios de estacionamiento personal y hay un ascensor que lo llevará a su último piso con las mejores vistas.

El carril bici que recorre toda la península de Balboa se encuentra directamente fuera de su condominio. The location is so noisy all night long. There is no air conditioning so the windows need to be open and the people were making noise all night long.

Great rental and great location!

My siblings and I took my mom here to celebrate her 80th birthday. The location was perfect for what we wanted, close to restaurants and easy access to the Balboa Island ferry. The guest portal was easy to use and had all the information we needed. It made the check-in and check-out process a breeze. There was also a lot of communication from the property management company, which I liked. The property was very clean and on the 3rd level of the condo complex, just high enough to get a great view of the ocean and not to hear much of the street level noise. Overall, we had a great time and would consider renting this unit again.

Weekend Getaway

The location of this property is amazing. It is walking distance to Balboa pier and it has an amazing view of the ocean. The condo is big and fit my family of 6 perfectly. The room was clean and and stocked with supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, trash liners, etc. Check in was easy. The thing that I did not like was the condition of the sofa, pillows and bedding. The cushions on the sofa were deflated. The pillows on the beds were literally flat like pancakes--even if you folded over the pillow, it was flat. The bedding seemed old and there was not enough pillow cases for the pillows.

Awesome location!

We stayed here with our 4 adult kids and the location was perfect for us... close to the beach, pier, stores, restaurants, etc. The condo was clean and had wonderful views of the ocean!

Our fifth time staying at these condos

Reviewer Comments: Great location, we always know we have to up with the noise, but it was workable. We had breakfast at the end of the pier and happy hour overlooking the bay. Kitchen is nicely equipped for our family get together, we haven’t stayed in this unit for two years and the furniture is getting warn.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 600 E Oceanfront 3G was all that the property description said it was. It's a great location, lovely property, clean, and well furnished. I highly recommend this condo. There's a King bedroom with full bath/shower, Queen bedroom and bunk room with 3 beds, that share a full bath/tub. The kitchen is very-well equipped. The gathering room is nice sized with lots of seating. There are two underground parking spaces and another space along the back--more than adequate and convenient. There are restaurants very closeby, bike rentals, boat to Balboa Island, entertainment , volleyball nets, Balboa Pier, and much more. Probably the only disadvantage is the noise/voices on the beach in the evening and early morning (especially in the queen bedroom). That's not a big deal... I hope we have another opportunity to stay there--would do so in a minute!

Ocean views

It took me a few minutes to figure out which gate had the entry box, but once I found it I was able to locate the condo easily. My family was excited to find the elevator. As we traversed up to the rental we found it was warm when we entered the residence, but expected that based on other reviews I read. This was easily remedied by opening the windows and utilizing the many fans which are provided. The home is decorated in lovely blues and greens and with the exception of a piece of captain crunch cereal under the coffee table, we found the home clean and ready for us. There are an ample amount of extra pillows in the closets along with hangers. With the exception of the bunk room, beds are comfortable. Bunk beds are adequate, the room doesn’t get good ventilation. We kept the bedrooms open which allowed for airflow from the one bedroom to the other. Monday morning I was awoken (windows were open to allow the ocean sounds and breeze to come waft through) by the not so lovely sounds of the street sweeper and buses. The buses stop regularly throughout the day as the condo is right behind the Balboa municipal parking lot. Location is wonderful if you like being close to the beach, near volleyball and fire pits , shops, and restaurants. We rented bikes and ate at a couple local places that were recommended-food was great. We would stay here again, but definitely only during the off season as we’re not fans of crowds.

It's only one block to the ferry and boardwalk, and close enough to the ocean to hear the waves breaking on the beach at night. The kitchen is modern and well stocked. The bedroom carpets needed to be cleaned, hopefully that's done before the next renters. In general we had a wonderful time and would love to come again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is in a nice location, right by the Balboa pier on one side and ferry to Balboa island on the other. Near to shops and with nice views and small balcony. On the other hand, the whole experience feels very "corporate" and managed. Not great supplies associated with the unit (no beach towels at all?), which in general felt pretty empty. Although the property was generally clean, it could use updating. The management company mentioned stains on the carpeting, and that was definitely the case. The unit is on the 3rd floor of a relatively big complex that is not easy to get in and out of (only one entrance), though it was nice to have a garage parking space. There was lots of email from the management company which felt overbearing and quite impersonal at times. I was grateful that after some prodding we were able to check-in at 2:30 rather than the stated time (4PM). In general, if you are selecting a property primarily on view & location, this would be fine, but don't expect a lot of extras or convenience.

It was just okay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not a bad view. Place was clean. Only super small cars fit in free parking garage/lot. Location to Balboa was nice. Right by parking lot is bad. There is no AC so we slept with windows and sliders open so EVERY morning you're woken up by street sweeper and trash truck. The key/remote situation sucks, need one to two more keys for convenience of potential 8 people staying there. Both bikes were VERY dirty (would be better to put a cover on them) and one bike didn't even work. Put in maint request and heard back that they would "let the owner know." Lock on master bath door is broken. Screens at sliders barely work and sometimes you can't open them at all. Proximity to beach is nice but I'd rather pay a bit more and get a place further from the parking lot. Washing machine had a lot of black mold in it so we closed it and took beach towels home mid week to wash. The mold could really be a health hazard. The place was decent and served it's purpose of getting us close to the beach with a nice view but probably wouldn't stay here again. Bunk beds did not appear to be twin size and mattresses were really thin. Master bed however was super comfortable. So, yeah, it was just "okay" nothing that absolutely killed the trip but nothing making me wanting to return. I tried to write this with honest descriptions so you know what would or would not affect another travelers stay here. Owner could improve on some things but others are just location/property based concerns. Hope this helps.
