Recién amueblado y muy bien de que usted estará de acuerdo en esta villa es una verdadera joya !! La villa ofrece todas las comodidades del hogar, que incluyen aire acondicionado central, lavadora / secadora, acceso a internet, 2 televisores de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD, cama de matrimonio y sofá cama doble. Este dormitorio, un condominio de baño es una segunda entrada de la planta que tiene un tamaño completo, cocina totalmente equipada, salón y comedor se combinan. Desde el salón se tiene una hermosa vista de la piscina y los jardines.

Esta propiedad está situada en la calle de la playa y se encuentra a 5 minutos a pie y cuenta con un centro de baño privado en la playa para los propietarios e inquilinos.

Thought it was gonna take my skin off. Washer and dryer doesn’t work invest in something better. The drier doesn’t work. Plus the washer was the only thing that wasn’t clean. Also it would have been nice to have instructions on how to work the controllers to the TV. If they change the shower head and washer/drier I would definitely stay again. Also the water doesn’t stay hot long enough. And it would have been nice to have hangers to hang clothes in the closet, had to purchase some.Place was very clean and spacious for a couple.

Reviewer Comments: While we were generally pleased with the apartment (great air conditioning, television, ice maker, nice shower and comfortable bed), I thought you might like some feedback to help improve the property. We’ve stayed in many rentals and this one was disappointing.Overall, I’d say the apartment could use the services of a handyman to fix some things and a cleaner to address the exterior and windows. The stairwell is full of spider webs and grime on the railings; it really is unsightly. Also, the windows are also covered with spider webs and dirt. Such a shame with the beautiful view! We struggled with the vertical blinds in the living room. They didn’t move easily, some panels were loose and we were afraid to use much force. Also, the channels along the floor were full of dirt and dust.In the living room, there were stains on the wall that appeared to be from a leak somewhere. In general, the walls had scrapes, spots, stains.The bathroom door has a dent in it. The sink was very slow to drain and the stopper was also dented and didn’t function properly. The faucet seemed to be missing the screen over the spout that tempers the water flow.The kitchen was well equipped but there was a cabinet door that didn’t close, loose knobs, and a drawer that dropped down if pulled out too far. The sink faucet was strange in that it operated the opposite of normal.In the listing, no mention was made of beach equipment. We brought our own, but it would have been nice to know that the rental came with beach chairs and a cart to use.While these imperfections weren’t serious enough to warrant calling the office, they definitely detracted from the apartment.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was excellent for us- 4 minute walk to ocean and about 15 to Coligny. We had some issues with unit, however. Initially, hot water had bad odor (‘brutal’-words of plumber). Because of weekend arrival, we had that issue for 3 days.. Dishwasher wouldn’t latch, so no dishwasher. Towel rack in bath fell off 3 or 4 ttimes and some other minor issues that we worked through. Unit is a decent place to stay, but, it does need a close inspection by owners and maintenance . I would recommend it conditionally..

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The bed was super uncomfortable, flat pillows, no additional blankets in the rental unit other than the one provided on the bed. The light in the kitchen didn't work properly (flashy/blinky) the whole time it was on, you could not open the blinds in the living room area without half of the blinds falling off the hooks. The "courtesy" items in the closet for use at the beach were all mostly broken. The smoke detector alarm in the room started making noise because the batteries were super old and had not been changed since 2014! (Batteries should be changed every 6 months)

Roaches, dirty dishes, half eaten food in cabinets, candy wrappers on the floor. When the property management company was informed their response was "We'll let housekeeping know." Would have been nice if the fixed it right then. I spent my vacation washing dishes before we could use them. We won't ever rent anything from this property management company again and I would recommend that the owner find a new company.

Good Location but Villa needs a Face Lift

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Checked in to Seascape Villas for a 3 night stay. Fortunate to be able to get a place for less than 7 days. Check in was easy and our customer service representative was very nice and helpful. The Villa itself was located very close and we had a 2nd floor Villa. I would say the outside grounds could use a little clean up but was OK. As far as the Villa itself the blinds in the living area never worked correctly and would fall of the hooks holding them on when we tried to open and close them. The TV in the bedroom never had volume above a whisper and we tried everything. The bathroom tub needs updated as it is faded badly and stained. Water pressure and hot water were great which is important to me. Kitchen, Living area and bedroom were nice and I thought the Villa was clean and tidy inside. We did not cook during our stay but everything you would need is provided from what we seen. The location is excellent for beach access across the street and is located a short drive from Coligny Square with Restaurants and Shopping. For the money I felt we got good value with our stay at Seascape Villas.

The location couldn't be better, with all amenities available by walking or biking. Rental staff was helpful and professional. A couple of minor maintenance issues were taken care of within an hour of my calling the office.When I'm next able to travel to the Island, I will stay again in the Seascape Villas.
