Escape to Seascape Villas in South Forest Beach! Seascape Villa is a 1 bedroom villa with a king size bed and pull out sofa that sleeps 4 people comfortably. located just steps from the pristine beaches of Hilton Head. Guests at Seascape Villas enjoy the community’s 2 saltwater pools to cool off in after a long day in the island sun. The pools are open year-round and not heated. Take a leisurely stroll down the shaded paths and 11 miles of lagoon that wind through the community. Walk across the street to spend the day on one of Hilton Head’s beautiful beaches. Make use of the private beach cabana, complete with outside shower and restrooms, exclusive to Seascape Villa guests! No need to come back to your villa once your feet are in the sand. just a short walk to dining, shopping, and entertainment. Seascape Villas are the perfect island treat for your next family vacation!



Newly renovated with custom soft close cabinets, Corian countertops, luxury vinyl plank floors throughout, fully tiled custom shower, shiplap accent wall. This villa sleeps 2 and is just a short walk or ride to restaurants and shops at Coligny Square, Sea Pines, or the new premier Celebration Park.



Gym is not available on the property.

We had the BEST customer service from the host. Upon checking in we noticed the AC wasn’t working. The host had someone out first thing in the morning. They had to order a part that wouldn’t be in for a few days so the host moved us to a new unit immediately. We were only in this unit a short time but it appeared to have everything we needed. The location was excellent. I would caution that the bathroom is tiny.

We enjoyed our stay at Seascape! The place was small, cozy and perfect for just the two of us! Great location that was within walking distance to the beach and Coligny. The unit was clean and the communication was great!

I stayed in this condo with my family for 7 days. As soon as I got at the destination there was no parking lot, random people( not guests) were parking in this condo. As soon as I got at the front door was very dirty, I had to clean it myself the front door and the patio. Patio furniture was very old rusty and dirty. Both tv’s didn’t connect with internet. Dishes were very dirty and pots and pans rusty.The mattress of the sofa bed, was super old very uncomfortable. The bathroom door didn’t have a lock, I know 1 bed 1 bath apartment is ment only for a couple but when you host 2-4 guests. Bathroom lock is very important. I had to go thru a very embarrassing moment, while taking a shower my 9year old need it to use the restroom without knowing it was occupied, just because they were so cheap to put the closet door knob in the bathroom door and the bathroom doorknob in the closet the lock their items. Pool was cleaned only once a week. Very disappointed with my stay. With all this issues I was expecting to get a courtesy deduction from what I paid. They did offer to send someone to fix the tv but they ignored everything else the lock in the bathroom even after I told them my incident. The rusty pots and pans, the mattress. Mary said thank you for the feedback this is going to help us with our future guests, and this is something they tell to everybody that has a complain. After 2 weeks they said we can’t give a discount. Never coming back here

Had a great time, absolutely love the property. No complaints whatsoever. Only one comment the listing says Smart TV but I was unable to figure out if the TV was actually a smart TV. It didn’t make or break the experience.

Mother/daughter get away

Property was very nice and quiet!! Short walk to the beach and nice pool on property. The villa was nice size for the two of us and kitchen had everything we needed. If I could change anything it would be the size of the bathroom. Between me and my 18 yo we had a good bit of stuff in there and it’s tight quarters! But other than that, all good!!! Would stay there again for sure :)

Quick Weekend Stay

We had a lovely stay at this cute property. It was in a great location, in a quiet neighborhood, clean, and had everything we needed. We have booked with Oceanside Properties in the past, and they have been wonderful to work with. Booking direct and saving on fees was a huge plus for us. They are also very responsive and accommodating. We hope to visit again soon!

Cute spot great location

Enjoyed 6 nights here. Location was perfect. Complex was cute. Villa was clean and had everything you need to cook or prep lunch for the beach. Lots of stuff close by to do.

Nice Villa For A Nice Price

This was a great little villa to stay in for our honeymoon! For the price we paid, we were pretty happy with the location and accommodations in the villa. It was great having the full kitchen, washer/dryer, and beach chairs. The bed and pillows were clean and comfy. The whole villa was very clean and well equipped with what we needed. It was also awesome to have the pool literal steps from our patio. The only cons were that the TVs were not smart, so we ended up watching Netflix on my laptop. The water heater only lasts for a 10 minute shower, so we had to shower quickly. The neighbors upstairs were loud and we could hear everything through the window that was in the bedroom. Also, if you're using Uber/Lyft, the GPS doesn't usually take you to the correct location for this address. So I would recommend having them pick & drop you off at Vacation Time and walking to the villa. We would recommend others to stay here and we hope to be back again someday!

Absolutely loved Hilton Head

Don’t get me wrong the fact that we were so close to the beach was great. I honestly just wish that the place was cleaner than what I experienced. I understand that some people tend to treat other peoples belongings differently than what they do their own, but for the price I just wished that it was cleaner than what it was. I mean getting out of the shower and being all clean and then walking a few steps in the bedroom and your feet are already black, kinda gross. Some of the dishes weren’t even clean so I ended up having to rewash before even being able to use them. I think that someone should spend just a bit more time cleaning especially if check in isn’t until 4pm. The pictures of this place is what made me want to even stay there but what I got wasn’t what was shown. Not trying to be one of those Karen’s who complain about every little thing I just felt gross being where I was.

Very nice community. Beach access right across the street. Beautiful walk to shopping area. Washer and dryer unit inside, easily wash wet swimming clothes. Pool just steps from the back door. Full kitchen provided. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Property! Close to the Beach

We had a great time in Hilton Head and the property was excellent. It was the perfect size for the 2 of us. Just across the street from the beach and 5 min from any shopping and restaurants. The property had everything we needed and was very clean with everything in working order. We would definitely come back to this property the next trip to HHI.

Weekend get away
