The Space:

Living space

The open-concept living area is designed for easy togetherness, with elegant furnishings that make it simple to relax after a day on the water or out exploring. A dedicated workspace is tucked nearby if you need to send a quick email, and the space flows naturally onto your balcony, where outdoor furniture invites you to linger over coffee with marina views as your backdrop.



Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms comfortably sleep up to 8 guests. The primary suite features a king bed, while the additional bedrooms offer queen beds, giving everyone their own comfortable space to unwind. A crib, pack 'n play, and high chair are also on hand, making this a thoughtful fit for families traveling with little ones. A sofa bed is also available in the living room for extra guests.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking for the group effortless, from a full stove and oven to a dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and all the cooking basics, dishes, and silverware you'd need. Gather around the dining table for meals in, or keep things simple with coffee on the balcony as the canal wakes up around you.



Bathroom

Both bathrooms are finished with a spa-like feel, stocked with shampoo, body soap, and hair dryers, plus a bathtub for soaking after a day at the pool or the beach.

You're also just minutes from Orlando's airport and cruise terminals, with the area's beaches and theme parks within easy reach for day trips. Free parking is available on-site and along the street, and self check-in with a smart lock makes arrival simple.

Kayaks, paddle boards, and pontoon rentals and boat slips are available, at Cape Crossing Resort and Marina, for exploring the rivers, canals, or many of its tributaries for a relaxing afternoon paddle. Or, entertain friends and family while cruising at a gentle pace along the river’s edge. Plan a day at the beach or explore the other attractions in our Merritt Island community.



Getting Around:

Plenty of space for on site parking at unit plus a one-car garage. The beach, shops, restaurant, and bars are a short drive away. Right off the SR3 and SR528 intersection that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly. (Orlando is less than 40 min away)

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs



If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.
