**The Pelican Beach HOA is undergoing an elevator modernization project. They are installing brand new elevators, so there may be periods of delays in using the working elevators. We appreciate your patience while they are making these improvements! **

**The Pelican Beach HOA is replacing the coat/seal on the upper floor and ramp of the parking garage, as well as both tennis courts. This project is expected to begin in December and last 3 months. During this time the upper parking garage, tennis / pickleball courts, and EV chargers will not be accessible. The covered parking garage will be closed in sections while they work overhead. We appreciate your patience while they are making these improvements! **

⭐️ Excellent location, beautiful white sand beach, comfortable apartment, amazing 180 views of the emerald water & beach. The second floor apartment was perfect for easy entrance without having to wait on the elevators & perfect view of the pool right from the balcony; great way to keep an eye on the kids while they played in the pool!⭐️

⭐️ Would 10/10 recommend to friends and would definitely return ourselves!! Our family of 5 loved the resort and all it had to offer…our kids spent countless hours in the infinity pool/hot tub nearest the beach. The beach itself was clean, peaceful, extremely easy to access and absolutely beautiful! The condo had everything we needed and more! We slept amazing in the king bedroom and our 3 kids were more than accommodated with the additional sleeping options. The room itself was the perfect location! Still a beautiful view but easily stair accessible…we raved about its convenience often throughout our 6 night stay. ⭐️

THE FINE PRINT

•Minimum Age: We require a minimum of one adult over the age of 25 to stay at the property throughout the rental term. When you arrive on property all guests will need to be present to receive wristbands and up to 2 parking passes. The primary guest will need to show ID and must be at least 25 years old to check in per HOA rules.
• Pet Free Property - Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges. Our building does not allow guest pets and Emotional Support Animals are not required to be allowed by law in vacation rentals.
• All reservations include a mandatory rental agreement to finalize your reservation that must be signed within 48 hours. All your arrival information will be included in this information for an easy and organized vacation experience!
• CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM. You will be notified automatically on arrival day if the property is available for early arrival – fees may apply.
• Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be in your arrival instructions at check in time.
• Every reservation includes an accidental damage waiver for separate purchase or a security deposit hold – should any accidental damage occur during your stay, simply notify us as soon as you can and provide a photo. We will file the damage waiver and replace/repair before the next rental guests arrive!
• We offer optional post booking travel insurance to protect your vacation investment – this will include trip cancellations and delays, medical conditions, hurricanes, and much more.
• No smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our condo or on the balcony
• Max number of guests includes guests of all ages including infants/children to comply with our vacation rental permit, HOA laws, and local fire code laws. Exceeding the guest count is grounds for immediate eviction with no refund.
• All guests booking through the Airbnb booking platform will be required to upload a valid ID for check-in purposes.
• Photos include staging before professional photography.
• Beach service is provided by LaDolceVita for a separate fee. If you want to bring your own chairs, you will need to set up behind the vendor chairs.

*Departure instructions – We do not have long chore lists for our guests – you are here to relax! All we ask is that our guests remove all trash and food and start the dishwasher. This small list allows our professional housekeeping team to clean and sanitize the condo during our short rental turn in time for our next guests. We appreciate you!
