Located in the boutique Luana Waikiki hotel you'll be adjacent to Fort DeRussy Park and just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and luxury row shopping. This 313 sq ft studio is equipped with a kitchenette, 2 queen beds, and a 184 sq ft balcony. While you're not out enjoying Oahu, you'll have access to popular building amenities such as fitness center, BBQs, and a heated outdoor pool. You'll be walking distance to practically everything in Waikiki, so a rental car is not necessary.

HOUSEKEEPING To ensure your complete privacy and security, we do not offer housekeeping services during your stay. A professional cleaning of the property is done between each guest, along with stocking of linens, towels, and a starter supply of amenities.
LINENS, TOWELS, & SUPPLIES For each guest, 2 towels, 2 washcloths, and one beach towel are provided. Additionally, the bathroom will be supplied with 2 hand towels and one bathmat, and kitchen supplied with a dish towel. Beds are equipped with sheets and a lightweight blanket. We provide a starter supply kit stocked with: 4 coffee pods for Keurig, 4 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towel, trash can liners, salt & pepper, cooking oil, 2 laundry detergent pods, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon and items are not replenished during your stay. We are privately owned units, please do not turn in towels, beach towels, sheets, or any other items to building staff, or leave outside the room.
CHECKIN/OUT Upon booking, you will receive a reservation link to an approved third-party platform, Access to this is mandatory and it some cases may require you to upload photo ID for verification. This link will provide detailed step by step instructions for check-in, and check-out, guidebooks for the area, and additional services we may provide. We recommend accessing this information as soon as your booking is made. Check in: begins at 4pm Checkout: prior to 11am If you have an early arrival, or late departure, and wish to guarantee room access, we advise you to book this extra time in advance. You may do so by requesting through your provided reservation link after booking your stay, or you may consider making your original reservation for an extra day. Often, we cannot accommodate same day requests for early check-in or late check-out, as another guest will be arriving or departing and this extra service needs arranged with our cleaning service ahead of time
PARKING/LOCATION INFORMATION Parking in Waikiki can be expensive and hard to find, if you are renting a car please expect to pay an average $50+/day for parking. Rather than renting a car for their full stay, most guests opt to use public transit, uber/lyft, bike, walk, or rent a car as needed rather than their full stay. The following information is meant to be helpful in planning your trip and not a guarantee of service/price/availability, these options are all managed separately of us and prices and availability are subject to change with or without notice; Onsite Parking- Valet only, current rates $50/day Hale Koa- Closest offsite Garage, only recommended for 5+ days if purchasing monthly parking pass. Current rate $245/month Ala Wai Harbor- about a 15 min walk, $1/hour HUI Car Share is a great option for hourly/daily car rentals, they can usually be picked up nearby and parking is included.
ARRIVAL INFORMATION From the Honolulu Airport, you can expect the drive to be about 30 minutes depending on traffic. Rent a car from the airport, or catch a taxi or shuttle. Taxi's and shuttles do not need prearranged, exit the airport and follow the signs for taxi and shuttle areas. For car rentals, we recommend renting vehicles with a height clearance under 6'2” for ease parking, many parking options around Oahu are not meant to accommodate full size SUV's or tall vehicles
DELIVERIES/PACKAGES For any packages/mail arriving during your visit, we highly recommend shipping them to our office for nearby pickup. For security reasons, majority of mail carriers will not leave items unattended at your door for pickup, you must personally receive them. Mailbox keys are not provided during your stay. Please keep in mind, shipping timeframes to Hawaii vary significantly from mainland and are prone to delays. For food or grocery delivery, you must personally be at the property to receive delivery, they may not be left at the front desk for pickup.
CANCELLATIONS: Prior to booking, please refer to the outlined cancellation policy. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses.
HOUSE RULES: Please be considerate of all neighboring units and building staff. Quiet hours begin at 9pm and end at 8am. No events or parties allowed No smoking or vaping allowed inside our outside on the lanai Guests must follow posted building rules, hours of usage, and closures
While you'll enjoy updated interiors, please note that the building itself, and much of the infrastructure in Waikiki retains its vintage character. Our goal is to present our guests with modern comforts in a classic 1960s building. We want you to have an amazing stay, and this information ensures you know just what to expect from your experience in Waikiki. Downtown Waikiki is full of energy, with a lively nightlife that's part of its unique charm and guests can expect to hear city sounds, especially in the evenings. Please consider this aspect of Waikiki's bustling vibe, and if you're sensitive to noise please let us know. We want you to be as comfortable as possible and are happy to provide earplugs Insects, “pests”, geckos, and anything else of such nature are a valuable part of our ecosystem. Just like any other host, or hotel, we routinely treat for household insects, while it is rare to see such inside, it is always a possibility given our environment. This is especially the case if food, trash, or dirty dishes are left out. Please understand that they are naturally occurring and do not reflect upon the cleanliness of the unit. Unless harmful, or in excess, it does not constitute cause for a refund. There is nearby construction at the lot next door, which can be seen from your room. Working hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. At various parts of the construction, you can expect a fair amount of dust, noise, and vibration from your lanai. Minimal noise has been reported from inside the condo but it is still possible.
