After a beautiful day at the beach, come home to unwind in the fully fenced backyard. Soak up a bit more sunshine in the patio loungers, light the gas grill for an afternoon barbecue, and set the table on the screened porch for a sunset dinner beneath breezy ceiling fans. The screened porch is even equipped with cushioned sofas and a large smart TV as well, making it a delightful spot for game days and movie nights.

The interior living space welcomes you in with its large windows and open layout. The well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances features all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
