We also appreciate you bringing these items to our attention, including the bed, can opener, and pool instructions, as guest feedback helps us improve the experience for future stays. We’re sorry to hear about the communication concerns and the odor issue, as that is not the experience we aim to provide. Our inspector did not report any smoke or odor when they completed their inspection before your arrival so I am unsure how that would have been possible. After your departure, we also made sure to check for odors and again, we did not find any odor whatsoever. Thank you again for staying with us, and we truly appreciate your suggestions and hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Thank you so much, you all were a pleasure to host. Confirming we purchased the grill brand new and set it up with a full propane tank on 6/4, a day ahead of your arrival. We tested the grill at that time, again during inspections following your departure, and again when new guests arrived on 6/13. Those guests just departed and utilized the grill during their entire stay. The grill has remained operable for the two weeks we've had it, however we always close the valve on the propane tank for safety when the grill is not in use. We didn't receive this feedback when we asked how things were going during your stay, and we don't have any logged communication on our 24-hour line regarding this issue. We would have been happy to help!
