The front and rear decks are terrific spots to enjoy your favorite beverage while watching the sun rise and set over a beautiful landscape.

Great location for our extended family trip. Location was wonderful to get to Rocky Mountain National Park quick. The cabin was cozy and filled with games, books, and puzzles.

Great newer built cabin in Grand Lake!

Loved our stay in December 2024! This cabin had all we wanted. Lots of fun amenities like a popcorn machine, pinball machine, foosball, and a bunch of toys, games and puzzles. New kitchen with all of the pots, pans and cooking supplies we needed! Will stay there again!

Games, books, puzzles for all ages. Plenty of kitchen supplies and equipment. Good floor plan. If you are looking for 2 great rooms, this is an excellent choice. Responsive host.

Honestly by far one of the best cabins my family and I stayed in! View was amazing! The place was so clean and kid friendly with so many fun games to play with our family. I loved it! Beautiful property. Thank you Todd for having us will definitely book again!

Family getaway

We regularly go on winter getaways, typically in Granby. This years was by far the best and the house / host was a huge contributor! It is a beautiful property, clearly loved with all the decor and “touches” to make it an outstanding stay! One of which we found quite impressive were the heated floors to the hot tub! Huge game changer in -4 degrees. We will definitely be back

Beautiful Spacious Home for a great getaway!

We had a great time and stay at this cabin. Spacious and lots of amenities. It is a great home for families with small kids, too! There were some initial hiccups with the cleanliness of the home as we needed to wash sheets when we arrived as the beds were slept in (visible hair and imprints) and the kitchen was not clean. The oven was really dirty, the stove had food on it and the sink was not rinsed and had some built up slime. We informed the property manager and said he would address it with his cleaners. Anyways, once we cleaned it, we had an amazing time!

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad that you had a good time despite the cleanliness concerns, and access delay due to arriving an hour before check in. We regret however, that you did not contact us during your stay so that we could address your concerns. Our cleaners live 5 minutes away and we did check in with you a couple times, but didn’t get a response until after check out. Providing some photos also would have been helpful. We take your feedback seriously and visited the property after your stay, had discussions with our cleaners, and reviewed exterior camera footage. We came away confident that all bedding was cleaned before your visit and noticed that extra bedding was provided on the bedroom closet shelves. We rotate three sets of sheets for guests and use separate bedding for ourselves when we stay. We lost most of our reviews when we terminated our previous property manager, but most of them were complimentary of the cleanliness and we have not changed cleaners. We do apologize however, if they missed some things prior to your stay, and will look at this as an opportunity to improve.
