Semi-oceanfront Nags Head home w/ private pool & hot tub!
Welcome to The Sandlot, located at Milepost 11.5 in Nags Head. This spacious home has everything you need for a perfect getaway! Guests will enjoy the ocean views from the decks, as well as the short 150 foot walk to the beach access, just across the road at Bittern Street. The 10X20 private pool and hot tub will keep everyone entertained, as will the game room with both a pool table and a Foosball table
Fireplace is for decorative use only. No pets, please.
The private pool is open the 2nd week of May through the 2nd week in October. The hot tub is available year-round.
Six passes to the Outer Banks YMCA are provided to guests at The Sandlot! Approximately 0.5 miles from this home, the YMCA offers a community outdoor pool, infant wading pool and splash park, as well as an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, exercise machines and classes, and more. For indoor lap swimming, reservations are required and recommended to be made a week in advance. Outdoor swimming also requires reservations due to the limited capacity allowed.
Layout:
Ground Level: Parking, game room with a Foosball table and a pool table, as well as a large flat screen TV, full bath, outdoor shower, and private pool access.
Mid Level: Two king en suites both with shower/tub combos, queen bedroom, bedroom with 2 bunks, full bath with shower/tub combo, laundry area, front and rear decks with hot tub on the back deck.
Top Level: Kitchen, dining area, living area, half bath, front deck with ocean views, rear decks with steps all the way to the ground level.
