Sunshine Getaway: Beach Home w/Pool! Near Mayo!
NEW! Bring the whole family to the Sunshine Getaway and feel your worries fade away! The home is located in a prime location (walk to beach, shops/5 min. to Mayo) but you`ll find yourself not wanting to leave, as the home itself is a destination! Beautifully renovated to include a brand new pool (no heater), downstairs master suite, sunroom, and balcony! Well-stocked: BBQ, pool toys, and beach items! Also adjacent to a local park that includes sand volleyball, a walking track, playground, and skate park.
Plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces for the whole family! This spacious home features four bedrooms and two and a half baths. The master suite is located on the first floor and includes a large bathroom, equipped with walk in shower and bluetooth speaker. A sunroom that is located directly off of the bedroom is a great place to enjoy coffee in the morning as you look out to the pool. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms and another full bath. The queen bedroom upstairs has a balcony that overlooks the yard and pool - another great space for coffee or a glass of wine! The front room is a fun space for kids - two twin beds and a tent that the little ones love!
The space has been designed with comfort in mind and although it is not technically handicap accessible - it does include features that would make it a great fit to anyone with mobility issues (no-step entry, walk in shower, downstairs master, etc.).
Guests will be given a code for keyless entry. The driveway is available for parking (up to 3 cars).
We live down the street so we`re around to help if needed :)
The Sunshine Getaway is located at the end of a cul-da-sac in a residential neighborhood. It is directly adjacent to South Beach Park and Sunshine Playground and it is less than 1 mile to the beach (~15 minute walk). There are also stores and restaurants that are within walking distance and less than a mile (Whole Foods, Cruisers Grill, Bonefish, etc.)
The home has TVs in the main living area and the master bedroom.
