Our host, Andrew was extremely kind and responsive! This condo is absolutely a 10! Beautiful view of the beach and the ocean, furnished and decorated so lovely; great appliances, and everything you need to have a great stay. I must mention the shower - best I’ve ever used! Would have loved to stay longer!

Our entire vacation was great in PCB, the condo was beach front with great view, WELL stocked with everything and clean. Close to great restaurants. The grounds were manicured and well kept. Pool, clubhouse, tennis courts and pond…Perfect for our family!

This unit is amazing! We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, the AC works great, the unit had top-notch furnishings, including large tvs, and the master shower was wonderful! Of course, the balcony was our favorite spot. The views were breathtaking, and the tall patio chairs were perfect! Communication was great; the unit owner was very clear and communicative. We also enjoyed the Sugar Beach Condo complex. The grounds were beautiful, lots of green areas for our dog to explore, and the pond was full of turtles and a resident Great Blue Heron. The area was great as well with several restaurants across the street. The Big Easy was a favorite. We will definitely be return tenants!

I stay here every year in this complex and this is the nicest condo I have ever seen. Will definitely be re booking here . The hosts go above and beyond to communicate . Super clean and has absolutely everything you need . Best condo ever .

Exceptional stay

We had a 5 day stay here and it was excellent. Great location. Exceptional cleanliness…..one of the cleanest rentals I have stayed at. Communication with host was great and any questions were answered quickly. Great view of the gulf and easy access directly to beach. Highly recommend and will stay again.

All the comforts of home with a beach view

This is a beautiful condo and it provided all the creature comforts of home! The host was friendly and prompt in communication. We will absolutely stay again!! It was an excellent experience!!

This condo was super clean, very well maintained, and the location/view were AMAZING!! The owner was a wealth of information and very quick to respond. We did not have any problems and would LOVE to stay again. One of the cleanest units we have ever stayed in and they made it feel homey while also feeling like a hotel with toiletries provided! Thanks for a wonderful weekend!! 10 stars for sure.

Greatly enjoyed this condo.

Greatly enjoyed this condo and would greatly recommend staying here to family and friends. Owners reached out before stay and made sure we were ready for our vacation. Great communication and location was awesome. Condo super clean and updated. St. Andrew’s state park is super close and that’s where we got the picture of the alligator.

Great location and very accommodating!

My family and I stayed for 5 nights and it was fantastic! The condo was clean and up to date with all appliances. The owners are very responsive and stay in touch for a smooth check in and check out. We had a great time with no issues!

Exactly what you’re looking for!!

We just stayed here for the last 4 days & loved everything about it! It was clean, easy to get to, quiet yet family friendly & super close to the beach! Condo has been updated to the biggest & best of everything! Communication couldn’t have been easier with the owners…they tell you everything & describe everything to “T” :) 10 out of 10 recommend!!!! Will definitely be booking this one again!

The condo was amazing. I couldn't list everything that we loved about it, but my kids on the 2nd day said if we come back to PC next year we need to stay here. Great location, great everything. We will definitely be back

Great location and prefect getaway

The description of the rental is accurate, convenient brach anccess, and exactly as described. The owners are very responsive, great communicators, and helpful in answering questions. The place is well equipped for things one may need and we appreciated the effort in attention to little details to make guests feel welcome. We will be visiting again.

Super Comfy and Great Location

The condo and property was beautiful. Condo was well stocked, beds were comfortable, nice linens and towels! It was a very short walk from room to beach. I like to stay in this end of the beach because you are in walking distance to several restaurants and bars. The owners were very communicative and check in was a breeze .

My wife and I are caring people (not big business investors) who want to create an environment for others to enjoy. We just purchased this condo so unfortunately there aren’t any reviews to validate our core values of customer care, cleanliness, and quality. We are personable and transparent about everything associated with the property. We understand going into something unknown. That being said, please do not hesitate to reach out with questions or concerns. We aren’t perfect but we strive to do our best. Thank you

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We chose this neighborhood because of the low density it brings. It is a well kept secret that we had never heard of until our search for purchase. There are so many activities within walking distance and peace within the gated community. The buildings are only three stories tall. Please note that there are not any elevators, you will climb 21 steps to reach our unit. You will receive personal communication from us prior to your travel with many details of the property. Keep in mind that one of the messages with be a link to our association where you register your vehicle for $37 per during your stay. If you are traveling with an approved pet, there is also a fee to the association of $80 for 3 nights or less or $150 for 4 nights or more. You will be asked to provide vet records of you friend also.
