Exceeded expectations!

We were thrilled to come back to Captiva and I enjoyed our vacation so much. We love staying at a condo facing the golf and this one was beautiful and well-equipped. Amazing views and we loved that it was two floors. We’d rent it again in a heartbeat! Royal Shell was great to deal with. So organized and quick response to any question/issue. Could not have asked for more. Can’t wait to return!

Great tropical getaway

We had a wonderful time at South Seas Resort. The beach was a short walk away from the condo and not very crowded. The condo was very clean with plenty of room for a family of four. We had great meals every night at various restaurants in town which we actually could of walked to (but we drove). We even chartered a fishing boat from the marina and caught 14 snapper which we ate at the Lazy Famingo restaurant. Everything was fantastic except you need to bring your own beach towels which we had to buy. We also bought three beach chairs which we left at the condo since the chairs on the Lanai were not really for adults (or were too heavy to carry to the beach).

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Home was well looked after with nice interior. We loved walking to the beach and just hanging out.

Great place, great value

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean, the furniture was comfortable and supplied us with pretty much everything that we needed. I do feel that the summary of the condo could be more descriptive online. I contacted the property manager to ask a few questions about what was included and received a quick response. The antigravity chairs were so nice, along with the ceiling fan on the screened in balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed. I wasn’t a huge fan of the twin bedroom being right by the front door only because my kids were staying in that room but turned out fine. There isn’t much you can do about the layout at this point. The king bed in the master bedroom was a little noisy with just sitting on it or simply rolling over but didn’t disturb our sleep too much. All in all, this condo met our needs and expectations and we would definitely look into staying here again the next time we come to captiva.

South Seas Beachfront Condo

Great location for a family vacation. This unit has an ELEVATOR and is on top floor big pluses at the beach villas. The Beach is the best in Florida. The wildlife is everywhere. Manatees, Osprey and Dolphin are seen daily. Great shelling, great sun, nice pools Clean..... some small attention to detail could have got this unit 5 stars. This unit is situated between two swimming pools and has an excellent Gulf view of the ocean and grounds. The unit has a loft with comfy king bed , master bath and WASHER/DRYER which is a big plus-plus. Newer stainless Fridge and Freezer with an ice maker that works great. The Kitchen had plenty of cookwear and was clean. The furnishings were just ok, nothing too fancy or really too cute either. We felt like we were left short on toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap and other small things that we feel should have been better stocked to start out. Make sure to take a little extra TP, hand/bath soap, laundry detergent, paper towels and dishwasher detergent before you get to the South Seas property.

Best location on the beach!

Loved the sunset views from the lanai and the full stocked kitchen. Steps from the beach and pool which we enjoyed multiple times a day! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Very nice condo. Clean, well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. Wonderful view of Gulf. Plenty of room for family of 4 with two children. Walking distance to many restaurants. Only recommendation for not just you but for the complex would be luggage cart to carry things up. The check in with Royal Shell was the fastest check in I have ever had with a rental company. Took only minutes! Really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Gulf-front Beach Villa!

Loved our stay in this Gulf front Beach Villa. The seating was comfortable and enough for the four of us to spread out. The beds were very comfortable, even the sleeper sofa! Kitchen had everything you could ask for. The loft was a great place for the computer and the washer/dryer came in very handy! The view from the screened in patio was truly amazing! Loved the anti-gravity chairs, too! Thanks!
