Location:

★ 2 block walk to the center of Intown Black Mountain (shops, boutiques, restaurants, museums, galleries, and breweries)
★ Across the street from popular day spa “Black Mountain Massage & Wellness”
★ 10 minutes to Lookout Trailhead and pristine Pisgah National Forest trails
★ 10 minutes to Kitizuma trailhead, one of the Southeast’s premiere mountain biking single track trails.
★ 20 minutes to White Water Rafting & Kayaking
★ 20 minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway
★ 1.5 hour to Mount Mitchel, the highest mountain range this side of the Missisippi.
★ 50 minutes to Wolf Laurel Ski Resort.
★ 20 minutes to DT Asheville/the Biltmore Estate (14.6 miles).

From the outdoor hot tub deck you can see portions of the Blue Ridge Parkway, which will take you to MT Mitchell, (at 6,684' it's the highest and most visited peak on the east coast) in roughly a 1.5 hour trip…one of the most breath-taking and unforgettable drives on the eastern seaboard.

PETS:

1. FOR NON-PET GUESTS concerned about possible past evidence of pets or hypoallergenic questions:

Our cleaning crew is second to none and is one of the reasons we maintain a 5 star rating. We have meticulously high cleaning standards, so pet hair, dander, or pet odor, is not an option here. But, for those with pet allergies, this is not one of our hypoallergenic listings.

2. FOR PET GUESTS...We’re a dogs only listing with a 1 dog, 80 lb limit for the $75 pet fee.

If Fido is crate trained (and does not bark while crated), it is fine to leave the pet crated and unattended. But at no time is the pet to be left unattended if it is not crated. So please don’t risk leaving the pet alone if he’s not trained to refrain from barking. This is a townhome, so unfortunately, if a neighbor calls and complains that the pet next door is barking uninterrupted, then the pet will have to be kenneled. We enforce this. Thank you for your consideration.
