Disfrute de este condominio bellamente decorado, ubicado en el deseable edificio frente a la playa 1, que es el más cercano a la playa dentro del complejo y es uno de los siete edificios en toda la isla cerca de la playa.

La playa y la gran piscina climatizada están a aproximadamente un minuto a pie. La vista del Golfo es fabuloso! Great stay on Sanibel

Very clean and well maintained condo in a very nice complex. Great location with easy on and off island. Owner and management very responsive. We rented again for next year. Island businesses are reopening. Beaches and bike paths in great shape.

Beautiful condo, nicely decorated and probably one of cleanest condos ive ever stayed in. We couldn't have been more happy with condo. Good view on lanai easy access to beach. We love Sanibel and Melissa made our stay even more enjoyable. She was easy to reach if needed anything and very friendly. Great vacation!

Fun condo with great beach and pool access

Great location on Sanibel, close to everything and good central spot for biking the island. Kitchen and bathrooms are very nice. Owner is very engaged and helpful. The beach view from lanai is wonderful and you truly are a 2 minute walk to the beach. I would recommend packing a Roku for streaming TV.

Great place as advertised

Had a great stay. Great condo for a family of 4. Melissa did a great job communicating with us. Condo is very close to beach and pool. 1st time to Sanibel. It is slowly recovering from Ian. Lot of destruction still on island but progress is being made. Beach is terrific. Cleaning service was communicative and did a nice job. Would definitely recommend!

Great location

After a bumpy start of not receiving the lockbox code til after we got there and a horrible odor coming from inside the refrigerator, we actually enjoyed our time there. I do think the cleaning staff needs to be a bit more thorough between reservations and a few more updates to the kitchen pans needs to be done. We loved that it was only a 2 min walk to the beach and the pool was right there. The view was great too!

Extremely well equipped condo!

Family of five stayed for a week. We are experienced VRBO renters, and I can say that this condo was the most well-equipped that we have ever stayed in! The kitchen had everything I needed to cook full meals for my family, there were fans for every room, and the beach chairs and accessories were great! Lots of little niceties and very comfortable. We had some issues with the cable, but the communication with Melissa and the property manager, Paul, was constant as they tried to fix it for us. If my family was to return to Sanibel, we would definitely look into staying here again.

Just as described!

The pictures describe this property perfectly. It is close to the pool and beach as noted. The condo had everything we needed to make for a great vacation. Melissa couldn't have been more helpful and/or accommodating. She has ample beach gear in her storage shed. This condo is lovely and I would recommend it to my friends.

Fantastic property and location!

My family of 6 (3 girls and 1 boy0 had a terrific time at this beautiful property. The location was just unbelievable as it was described on the listing. We had a view of the ocean from our deck, we had easy access to the pool, and the owners provided us access to the beach storage shed to accommodate our many relaxing days on the beach. The location to the main dining and shopping on Periwinkle Drive was very accommodating and of course everything is within an easy bike ride which I highly recommend to anyone else going to this island to do (rent bikes). The weather for the week of course helped, but overall anybody that has young kids (teenagers included) this is a terrific find. We will definitely keep this property on our list.

Perfect Home-Away-From-Home!

I’ve stayed in many condos on the island and this one is fantastic! First - it was very clean and organized. Beautifully furnished and has a gorgeous view. Kitchen is very well equipped. Linens are nice quality. Beds very comfortable. The grounds are well maintained. The location is great. Close to Jerry’s and many Periwinkle restaurants. Enjoyed eating at Wickie’s, Mud Bugs, Lighthouse Cafe, Timbers, Traders, Tuti Pazzi, and more! We took easy bike rides to Tarpon Bay beach and the lighthouse. Spent time kayaking the Commidore Trail, visiting most of the beaches, shelling and visiting Captiva. Went to our old favorite, RC Otters. Always awesome. The island was ready and waiting for us and this condo was the perfect home away from home.

Great condo!

Throughout the years, my family has stayed in numerous condos and there's nothing like yours! We made lasting family memories, because we were able to focus on each other and not things we needed. Why? Because you thought of EVERYTHING! We spent countless hours doing the Sanibel stoop, swimming in the pool, making sand castles, and of course they found it fun to bury me in the sand. Anything to make kids laugh! We look forward to returning next year to your condo. Thank you for having us as your guest.

Perfect location.

The property is well kept. The pool is clean though certainly busy with families. The condo was well appointed with almost everything we needed. The living room furniture was lovely to look at but so uncomfortable. The Lanai furniture was much more comfortable. A short walk to a beautiful beach and the location was fairly close to everything. There was a locker which included beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys for kids. I would recommend including a small cooler. The kitchen is beautiful with quality appliances and the master bedroom was perfect even though we couldn’t figure out the TV.😊

Beautiful condo!

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo. After a late night drive from the Orlando airport, we were beyond pleased when we walked through the door of your home. We also appreciated the phone call from the owner the next day to make sure everything was alright. The condo was super clean, and well laid out. You can see that a lot of effort has gone into the planning of this home. Bedding worked well for everyone. My two nephews found the twin pullouts to be very comfortable. It was a wonderful week of walking the beach, and enjoying time spent with family. Very relaxing. Just wish we didn't visit during a cold spell! Would love to visit again someday. Thank you!

Horrible experience. Poor customer service. Promised refund not rec'd 15 days later.

We have stayed at Loggerhead Cay in a variety of units for 15 years. In light of that, I feel compelled to share the many issues with our recent stay….. 1)No key upon check in. Delivered later (added expense of eating out) 2)Front door to condo standing wide open upon arrival.(no way to tell if anything had been stolen). 3) Unit had not been cleaned. Had to repack and move to another unit. 4)Unit still was not cleaned 2nd morning. I had to call Royal Shell and convince RS to have their own cleaning people clean the unit as clearly owner was not going to get it done. Had to eat breakfast out. (added expense). 5) Washing machine broken upon move in. 6)Return from beach to cook dinner and discover there is NO WATER! Owner asked if I left a faucet on. (REALLY???) She laughed and said ”I have never had all of these issues until you came. I am really going to bat for you.” (again, REALLY??) She tried to blame me for all of the problems. Went out to eat b/c we could not cook. (added expense) Not able to shower. RS came later that night and discovered that they had turned off the water. 7) Washer delivered mid afternoon on day 3. Finally had the unit I paid for half way through the 3rd day! No Refund, horrible customer service from Owner and Royal Shell: Was told by RS on first night that one night’s stay would be refunded and a check delivered during our stay. Owner quibbled over a $30 difference in agreeable refund. She did agree to one amount and then later, a LESSER amount and promised a refund. RS rep said she would call and talk to owner. She suggested that I ask for more than the $195 due to the added expenses and inconvenience. I told her no, just get the $195 and let’s be done. She said she would credit it to my credit card. Never heard back from RS to this day. In addition to the loss of the first night, we had to eat 3 meals out, expense of phone charges, inconvenience of no laundry or water, and the hassles of moving units and the time of dealing with all of these issues. Owner sent 2 VERY lengthy emails detailing her own trouble and expense. REALLY???To this day, I have received nothing…….no refund. It is 15 days since I checked out. All I have received are excuses. Don’t rent this unit. They are too many equally nice units at Loggerhead Cay and you don’t have to be treated so poorly. (Pretty sure the owner will post a LENGTHY response).

The condo was spacious & had a decent view. However it could’ve been cleaner. The blanket & some of the towels were stained as were parts of the sheets. The refrigerator had crumbs on the shelves.

When I booked it was unknown that there would be construction going on the entire week right outside

Two days before we were to arrive received call from owner that there would be construction and wasn’t aware how it would affect our trip. During vacation I left her message on Monday about the jackhammering and was informed I would receive a credit. When I questioned her later about this $350. Credit she stated I already received a reduced rate when I booked! I asked her how was I to know this when all I saw was a rate which I paid and was unaware it was already discounted!! and she said well she deleted her emails and she was sure she informed me if this! I would have chosen a different week and never booked then had I known beforehand that there would be Jackhammering from 8AM-5:30, M-F and was told by owner that it would be from 9:00AM to 4, two days before and the pool might be noisy!! But it was the concrete floors of the building we stayed in and only 2 other units were occupied,in this building which leads me to believe that other owners didn’t rent their units that week because of the anticipated noise and disturbance!! Had a flood in kitchen on Thursday when we came up from pool, under sink, turned off water called management and mopped up floor, used fan to dry out place, hung rugs over balcony as they were soaked!! Did receive a small refund for that inconvenience, and was thanked that I was pro active and took care of it! Never would I rent out unit under false pretenses! She knew better and should have offered a different week and the discount that she told me of! Very disappointed in what should have been a week in paradise and turned out to be a huge annoying time! Couldn’t hear your self think because of the noise right outside unit! Dust even came in under the door and the smell of chemicals was awful. The condo itself was fine.

It doesn't take a long time to discover the beauty and uniqueness of Sanibel Island. It is tropical paradise without leaving the states. Although the island is only 5 min. from mainland it doesn't take long to fall into the island life style. Natural beauty, peaciful, and layed back. No high rises and concrete. We found Loggerhead Cay one of the nicest complexes on the island having beautiful, unobstructed views of the Gulf, the largest pool on the island, and plenty of room to play and relax. The location is wonderful on the island with easy access to restaurants and shopping. The beach is approximately a minutes walk after leaving the condo. The pool is maybe a half minute walk.

Sanibel offers any kind of vacation you wish. You can totally 'veg' comfortably in the condo, beach, or pool. Sand castles, shore/boat/pier fishing, boating, cruises, biking, tennis, pickleball, golf and nature trails and nature learning experiences is available to all. Please come and discover.
