Este condominio ofrece todas las comodidades para una relajante visita a las Montañas Humeantes. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y el dormitorio de invitados en la planta baja cuenta con dos camas queen. Arriba, en el desván hay una cama de matrimonio y una cama individual. La zona de abajo de estar tiene un sofá cama doble. El baño principal tiene un paso en la ducha y una gran bañera de hidromasaje. El baño de visitas tiene una combinación de ducha / bañera. Arriba, el loft tiene un baño completo con una combinación de ducha / bañera. Nuestra cocina totalmente equipada ofrece electrodomésticos de tamaño completo incluyendo un lavavajillas y microondas. Otherwise, quiet and convenient to everything we were looking for. Even able to walk the strip with kids without getting too tired. Great location and lovely balcony view of creek below. Added shade from trees helped with heat. Would stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay

Beautiful condo and large enough to accommodate our party of 6. It was close to downtown so we walked to restaurants and the Convention Center. Only problem was that part of our party arrived late on Friday and the lady in the office said they closed at 5. We got the keys and the late arrivals walked to the Convention Center where I gave them keys. Later, I think I saw where the keys could have been left in a lock box. Wish I had known that. It would have saved a lot of trouble. Thanks again. We had a wonderful stay.

Spring Break Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the condo was great. We used the Gatlinburg Bypass and didn’t have to deal with driving trough the town traffic at all. We were able to easily walk to downtown, and felt comfortable letting our teens do so alone. Condo was clean. It’s been updated since the photos were taken. It now has new vinyl plank flooring, which makes it seem so much more updated and brighter than the online photos. We didn’t cook any huge meals, but it had all we needed for breakfast and lunches. If I were staying for longer and planned on cooking, I would probably bring a few of my favorite pots and pans.

It was very comfortable for our family of ten. The place is within walking distance of all of the restaurants and attractions in downtown Gatlinburg. It is also only a two mile hike to the Sugar Land visitors center. I would highly recommend this condo.

Extremely spacious, nice, and a block off the main parkway with everything in walking distance. The river was very calming. Oh, we got an added treat, a bear walking along the creek. The staff was just great, hence "A GREAT Stay" as the review title.

Clean and Wonderful Location

Pros: condo was very clean, location was perfect to walk downtown Gatlinburg, pool was nice and clean, jacuzzi in master bathroom was wonderful, staff was friendly and responsive Cons: hot in the loft area but there is a ceiling fan over the queen bed, master bathroom shower is very small in which you can barely turn around in, not many kitchen dishes and pans and pans and skillets were very old and scuffed up, the dryer does not work well as it takes a long time to dry clothes and towels, narrow, spiral stairs going up to loft, no hairdryers, water in master bathroom shower takes a long while to get hot and then it will get cold and then hot without adjusting the water, room is directly as you come off the elevator which can make the guest bedroom a little noisier. For us the cons did not make a difference as we would stay there again. We did not fix meals in the condo so the pans and dishes being sparse and old did not affect us, the narrow, spiral staircase did not bother us as we did not have to take up big luggage, I brought my own hairdryer so not having a hairdryer in the condo did not affect us, once we realized the dryer took awhile to dry clothes we adjusted accordingly so that it was not a big issue, as long as the ceiling fan was turned on our adult daughter could handle the temperature in the loft but did not use the closet as it was very hot in the closet, so the biggest con for us was the small shower with the water temperature in the master bathroom.

Rm 407 more than met our needs

We had a great experience. The floors in 407 had been updated (wood veneer or similar) so there was no carpeting. The space was large and we were pleased to have the washing machines right in the apartment. The location was excellent, we were able to walk to all of our downtown Gatlinburg activities. For planning/awareness issues: -they entrance is easy to miss and it's not the best road to U-turn in...when you see the sign, that's the entrance. There's no back entrance. -the room with two queen beds is right near the elevator and the sound travels through the wall. Actually, all the walls are pretty thin. You might consider bringing/using a white noise machine. -the facility did not have any pack n plays (April 2023) -they provide paper products and towels and basic soap bars but if you need them, bring: detergent, salt/pepper, condiments, coffee filters and coffee, toiletries -at times the wifi was a bit spotty None of the items above were issues or deterrents. We would stay there again and our limited interactions with the host were positive and responsive.

Things that need too be addressed by the owner of the condo 407

Reviewer Comments: We had a great time but the condo we stayed is is really due some changes the pots and pan are well pst the trash the toliet in the front bathroom leaks the pull out bed on the couch was very bad the sofa and love seat sank too the bottom and there was trash down in the seats the shower door in the master bathroom would not easily close , no hairdryer anywhere they don’t have too worry about anyone wanting too rent this unit again we will not and the last night the smoke alarm kept giving a warning that the batteries were about too die this is just too name a few things. Also the kitchen floor baseboards were very dirty

alternative to house/cabin rental

The faucets in the loft bathroom and kitchen needed maintenance or replacement - we couldn't get hot water in the loft bathroom sink (shower was OK). However, overall I was happy with the unit.
