2nd trip there and still love it!

Clean, close to the beach and quiet. Didn't have beach towels but we made it work. Always love this place and the staff that manage it.

Beautiful location

There for a wedding and it was the perfect location. The view was amazing. Beach was beautiful pool was super clean. Very well stocked with cooking supplies as well as beach supplies. Five stars!!

Perfect location

I was very happy with this place. The condo was clean and well kept, nothing fancy but just right. The location is perfect, it is literally right on the beach! The area of the beach that it is located was not over crowded which was also nice. I would definitely come back.

Happy Stay

Everything about the place was just great. We enjoyed ourselves.There were a few things after paying 4k to stay there, that were unusual and a bit off putting. Small for sure, not having paper towels or sufficient toilet paper seemed, well, quite chinchy. Not being able to just run the dishwasher and leave was quite strange.

Elevator to condo was out all week, as was the access to beach! My brother who has COPD had a difficult time getting around and certainly not get to the beach, The cleaning of the condo needs to be better

Awesome penthouse

Absolutely love this penthouse. Listing was just as described. We had to leave early due to Hurricane Milton. I will definitely try and rent this one again.

Beautiful views

Check in and out went very smoothly. Great communication with Owner and quick positive response to questions and concerns. Very soft beds. Beautiful full ocean views from Master Bed, Balcony, Living Rm and Kitchen. Wake up to the sun rising over the ocean without ever getting out of bed!

Kitchen glasses did not seem clean when we arrived. I assume that was the previous guest? Need a new thermal cooler bag for beach. Current one has broken zippers and leaks!

Great location on the beach

The condo is a good size for 3 to 4 people. Kitchen was well equipped, living and dining area good size. Balcony had a fantastic view of the ocean, outdoor furniture is a little dated but ok for our use. The pool and area with chairs near the ocean is a great assett, with direct access to the ocean, you have everything for a good stay. There is a lovely large room near the pool, which can be used for family gatherings, there is a dining event put on every few weeks which is $5 per person. Food was good and was a good way to meet other vactioners. There was a very strong smell of cleaning products when we arrived, but found the wood work around door handles was grimy, even black in places, a little off putting especially in the bathrooms., I cleaned all these areas. The quilt in the 2nd bedroom had a brown stain that seemed to be bodily fluids, fortunately we were able to wash it, but it was a little off putting. Wondering if these quilts are washed between each renter, they are thin enough to be washed and dried, hoping that this was just an oversight! We would rent this condo again, but would enquire beforehand about the cleaning/washing.

Fantastic place! Will rent again.

This place was awesome! The location was perfect, proximity to the ocean couldn't have been better. We could hear the waves crashing at night and woke up to a beautiful view to enjoy with our morning coffee. We stayed here with other friends, that were in the same condo building, for our daughter's high school senior get away. Our group of families enjoyed the ocean, the pool, the games outside, the indoor air conditioned entertainment area for a cookout, and of course the massive no-drive beach! We were there at the end of March 2022 and the area mostly had families just like ours. It wasn't a big party condo so we enjoyed the civility of the guests 😊 The nights were very peaceful while we walked the beach. There were many great restaurants in the area and even an awesome ice cream parlor within walking distance. 1st time we've ever stayed in new Smyrna beach and we'll definitely do it again, and definitely at this condo! Thank you for keeping a most welcoming place for families to enjoy!

Excellent!

This condo was perfect for a family trip we recently made to New smyrna. The condo was spacious with alot of room to move around and the views from the balcony were amazing. Cate kept in touch and the check in process was flawless. Will definitely be staying at this location again!

Beautiful View of Ocean. Quiet. Great pool

The cleaning company mopped floors, cleaned bathrooms and wiped down counters. I spent 1st day cleaning myself. Blinds broken, laying on floor by couch. Dryer door broken, couldn't use. Guest room trash left. Guest room, comforter placed over unmade sheets on double bed. The couch had trash under cushions. We scrubbed patio at living room. Looked like someone thru up on patio. Drain in guest room tub clogged. A Real Shame . We've stayed at Hacienda Del Sol 1 many times. Looks like that's where we'll continue to stay from now on.

The condo is perfect. The pool sets back a bit from the ocean but they have amazing area to lay out and view the ocean and keep an eye on the kids in the pool. Amazing view from balcony

Hacienda Del Sol II offers a large seasonally heated swimming pool with a brick paved deck and there's also a kiddy pool where the little ones can enjoy themselves. Comfortable chairs and sun loungers are available around the pool and there are restrooms and showers inside the cabana. Hacienda del Sol II also has an oceanfront sun deck overlooking the beach - a wonderful location to relax, read a book or just keep an eye on the children.
If sitting still is not for you, then, challenge the family to a game of shuffleboard on the court with a wonderful ocean view. Two large gas grills are available for use by the cabana, which also has a kitchen. Grill lunch or dinner for the family or a few friends and dine in the cabana. You may also borrow books from our mini-library in the cabana or sit and surf the web on our computer. Free Wi-Fi is available in each unit.

If your unit is not equipped with a laundry room, we have coin laundry facilities on every floor on both ends of the building.
