It measures approximately 55 m² and is well placed for essentials: supermarket Good and More: 350 meters, beach Bachelor’s Beach: 650 meters, restaurant Foodies at Lac Bay: 7.6 kilometers, and dive center Dive Friends Delfins: 950 meters. The condo is on the first floor. Guests have access to the communal swimming pool (regular pool), with comfortable loungers on the adjacent pool deck.

Guest Access:
As a guest of Belmar Oceanfront Apartment 14, you have access to the entire condo: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, the living room, the open kitchen, and the outdoor areas including the terrace, shared garden, and pool deck with the communal pool. Parking is free both on the premises and on the street, right by the entrance. You’ll find luxury villas here (right on the sea, some with private docks) and direct access to famed dive sites like The Lake, Angel City, and the Hilma Hooker wreck. Punt Vierkant is made for sea views, sunsets, and premium comfort—a prime location for having the best of Bonaire’s west coast at your doorstep.

Getting Around:
A rental car is a must on Bonaire to explore beyond the immediate surroundings of Belmar Oceanfront Apartment 14 in Punt Vierkant. With your own car you can reach every corner at your own pace, from secluded snorkel spots to local eateries. We recommend renting a car so you can get everywhere. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but for nature areas like Washington Slagbaai National Park a pickup or SUV is advisable. The park’s roads are unpaved and sometimes rough, making a regular car unsuitable. There is no public transport and taxis are limited, especially on busy cruise ship days.
