Este condominio es nuevo en el mercado de alquiler !!! puerta de entrada sin llave lock..no mantenerse al día con las teclas durante su estancia !!



Nuestro apartamento está perfectamente situado en el piso 24 con vistas directamente a las piscinas, río lento y hermoso océano! Se puede disfrutar de una vista espectacular del Golfo desde el balcón oa través de las ventanas de piso a techo en la unidad. Con más de 1.950 pies cuadrados de la unidad es muy amplio y amueblado.



Las comodidades son abundantes en este piso Phoenix West: la unidad está equipada con electrodomésticos de tamaño completo, bar con máquina de hielo, 55 "HDTV de pantalla plana en salón y una pantalla plana de 50" HDTV en el maestro y una HDTV de 42 "en el dormitorio 2 y 3 dormitorios, cuarto de lavado con lavadora y secadora. Hay 2 dormitorios principales con camas King y el 3er. Br tiene 2 camas Queen.



Hay un río lento, tobogán de agua, piscina al aire libre con un vallado en-piscina para niños, piscina climatizada en la puerta, de dos jacuzzi, centro de fitness de última generación, 4 saunas y azoteas pistas de tenis.



Hay un límite de edad mínima de 25 años para reservar la unidad que se ejecutará sin reembolso de violación.

We thought the property was fine. Clean and everything that was needed was there. Nothing to do with the room, but security needs to keep the kids out of the hot tub when there are no adults. We always checked and never got a chance to relax in the hot tub.

Love Phoenix West and 2403

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at Phoenix West. The management people here are very professional and friendly. That was a big plus. The condo was everything you could want. It is very attractive, well stocked, clean and well cared for. No negatives at all. The property was so much fun. We spent a couple of hours each day in the lazy river. We called in hydro-therapy because after spending some time lazily floating around we all felt very relaxed. This was our first trip to Orange Beach and we were impressed with the great choices of restaurants. While you are there, stop by Zeke's for their Bananas Foster bread pudding. We had it twice during our stay. And check out Pete's Homemade Ice Cream, which is just down the street from the condo. Excellent ice cream! We will be looking forward to coming back and when we do, Phoenix West and condo 2403 will be our choice!

Beautiful View but Needs Cleaning and Maintenance

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was pretty but upon arrival we found the master bathroom sink completely stopped up, missing stoppers for the bathtubs, there were only 3 spoons in the kitchen, the shower liner was full of pink mold and the stand alone ice machine was FULL OF BLACK MOLD! No, I didn’t call maintenance or the property owner to fix these problems because while I’m on vacation, I refuse to have people coming and going to fix things. The property should be managed better and properly cleaned before new guest arrive. The mold in the ice machine and on the shower liner had to have been there for months if not years. I own an ice machine and clean it every 6 months and have never had as much mold as the machine in the condo had. So, I know it hasn’t been cleaned in a very, very long time. Stick your head in the ice machine and look up. You will be grossed out for sure. Also, the water slide was closed for 6 of the 7 days we were there. That was one reason we book at this resort. I didn’t like the way you have to cross the parking lot to get to the pool/beach. The elevators were going out from time to time. The good-beds were comfortable, AC worked well, nice TV’s in the rooms and living space. Unfortunately, I will never return to this resort. I would never take another chance on ending up with another dirty condo.

Comfortable beds with lots of pillows (just needed extra pillow cases) 4 full bathrooms was a plus with a girls trip. We were allowed to check in early. We had a great stay and would book this condo again every time!

The kitchen was fully stocked. There is also more seating on the deck than what is in the pictures. Casey was amazing in helping us with any questions or needs that we had. We also brought our own Christmas decorations. Thanks so much for helping us have a Beautiful Perfect Christmas holiday.

Nice stay

Rooms, bathrooms and location was great. Because there was 6 adults, the kitchen could use a bigger cooking variety for cooking and hot pad. We donated a set of hot pads and towels. Also the patio could use a bigger table with more chairs to sit outside and enjoy the scenery.

Favorite Vacation Ever!!!

The property is jaw dropping gorgeous!!! The view was remarkable! We felt like we were at home because it was just so spacious and comfortable. This was our very first VRBO experience ever and we LOVED it! The access to the Pools and Lazy River were so simple and quick - all right there! My 82 year old father who gets around with a cane felt very accommodated, and the kids ages 9-14 could easily hop from the beach/ocean front to the pool with the boardwalk that had hoses to clean everything off. 5 - Stars for sure!!! We loved every single thing and my kids cried when we had to leave. Thank you!!! Awesome place!!!!

This is the perfect property to stay at if you have kids. Our kids enjoyed the lazy river when they were tired of the sand. The property is beautifully decorated and has all you need for a great stay.

Super impressed with the property as a whole.*High level of security to keep non-guests off the property.*Very well maintained, clean, and updated. *Friendly and welcoming staff. *My kids loved the water slide and lazy river. Honestly, that’s what sold me on this property. It was beautiful and well maintained. What we loved about Unit 2403:*Super comfortable beds. This will always be a deal breaker for me. Every bed was amazing. *Newly renovated with nice, high-end finishes. This really made it feel like a getaway. * Very spacious at nearly 2,000 sq. ft. *Newer/comfortable furniture. *Nice, big TVs in living room and each bedroom.*Lots of extra lighting, lamps, recessed and dimmable to adjust to preference.Phoenix Rentals made everything super easy. When we arrived one of the toilets would not flush. Maintenance came and took care of it, no problem. The only suggestion I would make would be to have more seating on the balcony. For a three bedroom unit, it wasn’t enough. We loved our stay and will definitely go through Phoenix Rentals in the future.

We had an issue with the cable tv which was taken care of right away. We enjoyed a bike ride around gulf state park. It is great. My only suggestion would be more patio furniture. Beautiful property with amazing views

Property is exactly how it is described on listing. Very comfortable and spacious with a gorgeous panoramic view! Elevators can be an issue but not any worse than any other condo I have ever stayed at. Check in was easy and smooth. Recommend Docs and Wolfs Bay for supper and both are walking distance from the condo!
