Listing was very accurate to the property. There were some issues, most resolved by the owner. Communication was good in the beginning, I’m giving some grace as it was a Holiday weekend. I would stay at the property again and would recommend to others.

Little House

This little house is nice, you have everything you need to be comfortable and cozy, just for the time we needed to be there and the location for us was perfect. They were very accessible and helped me with the check in that we needed a little earlier than the regular schedule. We took our dog and he was very well as if he were at home and calm without stress. Thank you very much.

This is the second time that we stayed at her house and it's always been cleaned and well kept with all the items you need to be away from home but yet feel at home beds were comfortable and we had no issues whatsoever we would definitely run again next time we're down there glad that he can think

What a great house!

This house is a hidden gem. Inside was so adorable and better than we expected. The home was very clean and very comfortable. It provided everything that we needed and was in a great location. Very close to all the places that we needed to go. I would highly recommend it and, we would definitely stay there again.

This property would have been nice....

Upon arriving for check-in, we had not been sent any check in codes or instructions. We had to wait in the driveway until the manager was able to find it. The code itself was an eight-digit code and incredibly inconvenient for the kids or anyone to open without having their phone right in front of them. The property had some nice amenities but when we arrived the bathroom was dirty and had hairballs and grime on everything. Management did address the situation, The kitchen was poorly stocked and had only a few small pans that incredibly scratched. The property also did not disclose that they have numerous personal cameras in the front and backyard, I don't mind as long as it's disclosed in the listing which at my time of booking this was not. The location was convenient and the neighborhood was safe but I'm very disappointed. Had I not been here for a work trip, I would have canceled my listing when I arrived to the filthy bathroom.

Nice gem of a rental

The house was conveniently located to shops food and restaurants. It was very clean and orderly and had very nice TV selection in our bedroom the living room and the kitchen the yard was fenced in which is great for our service dogs. The house had everything inside it that you would need including paper towels and a necessities washer and dryer work great and overall it was a 10 out of a 10 there was a little glitch on an amenity that was not at the place but that was not the owner's fault we would definitely stay there again when we come down to visit my mother and my sister hands down it's one of the best that we've stayed at and we stay a lot of places since I'm now retired this definitely be a return trip
