While there, be sure to visit a museum or bring your beach gear for fun in the sun.

Back at your vacation home, you'll be greeted by an open-concept living area with modern decor throughout. The spacious, well-equipped kitchen is perfect for group cooking projects everyone can enjoy at the dining table. Another highlight is undoubtedly the huge backyard. The kids will have a blast playing outside while the adults can enjoy lounging comfortably inside watching their favorite shows or movies on the large TV.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
