Welcome to Holiday Sun, a brand new oceanside home in Rodanthe with construction set to be completed in May!
Offering 4 comfortable bedrooms and just a short walk (approximately 0.2 miles) to the beach, located at the end of the street, Holiday Sun is the perfect Hatteras Island vacation retreat for your family!
Inside, 2 full baths and all 4 bedrooms can be found on the lower level, including 3 queen bedrooms and a bedroom with a full over full bunk. Upstairs on the top level, the living area, dining area, and kitchen can be found, as well as a convenient powder room.
Rinse off the sand from long days at the beach in the convenient outdoor shower, before heading to the hot tub to relax.
Enjoy world-class fishing at the Rodanthe Pier, just 0.6 miles away.
Don't forget the family dog, as Holiday Sun is pet-friendly! There is an additional charge for guests bringing pets, which will be added and collected after booking. Pet fees range from $161-231 depending on the property, and will be assessed state and local taxes.
For 2026, Holiday Sun will include credit for $245 in beach gear rentals from our partners at VayK Life. Stay between April 3rd and October 18th, 2026 (tentative dates, 7-night minimum), and use your beach gear credit for items such as bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, paddleboards, and more!
