Great place to crash, only problems I had was that yhere can be a lot of noise at night, with trains, planes and loud fars cruising by until around Midnight, but it was comfortable, and it worked great as a stop going out to Buffalo

Convenient location

Nice little house, just the right size for 3 adults visiting for a family event drom out of town. Could use some updating and a deep cleaning in certain places, but overall, comfortable and met our needs. Owner was quick to communicate and friendly.

Hockey Tournament stay

The place is perfect for 2-4 people. We had 4 guys in Rochester for a First Responder Hockey tournament and this place is the perfect size. Perfect location for the rink. Would stay again!

Just what we needed!

We enjoyed our stay in your clean and well stocked accommodations. We were on the go both days while visiting our son at RIT and your place was just what we needed when we came back and needed a place to rest at night.

Needed a place to stay close to RIT to pickup my son. House was close to the school and many local businesses and places to eat. Nice and clean and plenty of room to relax.

Comfy little home

You cannot go wring with this house, nice an cozy, warm and comfy, overall very nice! Only complaint was outside of their control with the TV acting up, but we got it working, so absolutely no complaints.

Not what I expected-Dirty!!

I read the reviews and looked at the pictures before choosing this place. It had newer furnishings and bedding but the rest was a hodgepodge of cheap and recycled finishings with office ceiling tiles. The AC was dusty and the heater didn’t work. There were floor heaters in every room.The first night we found spiders in the bathroom and ants on the kitchen floor. We made sure all our food was in the refrigerator and left no crumbs.The next day there were ants on the countertop and the table we ate on. Hard to eat when ants crawling on your arm. The house needs a good cleaning (windows,kitchen floor) and pest control.I did not contact the host of the ants because I did not want harsh sprays where we were eating.We made do with what it was. It is not located in a residential neighborhood, but on a semi busy street.I Want others to know what you are getting. I would never stay there again.

Hi Ali the pictures of the unit are exactly the same as what you see when you got to the unit. I even have videos evidence of this. The heater does infact work. There were space heaters as back up because other guest requested to have them if they dont want to use it. If you didnt want to use it you didnt have to. ( I think you huys just cant be please). The area is residential/commercial. Very quiet as I cant cant be please. Guest has been at the unit and says its too quiet. The unit was not Dirty. I helped cleaned it myself and for you to say that because you did t know how to work the heater is unresonable. As for the ceiling, why is it a problem? Its in the pictures advertised if you didnt like it why did you book? And there are no PEST at this unit. You're not welcome back because you and guest leave the unit in a unclean state. And yes I had another guest right after you and it was indeed clean. Because before every guest we clean the unit.

Average

Very average place, nothing really stood out. It was a fine little place, a couple minor things but nothing crazy. I did have to reach out for check-in info but the host responded right away. We weren’t aware the A/C was window units but they worked great. The beds were a little uncomfortable and the shower was very small (I do not recommend for larger people) Its located on moderately busy street but not difficult to get in and out of. The only real complaint was that there were no pictures of the outside so we had no clue the house backed up to a small wood area… and there were quite a few spiders in the house. I’m not a fan and we dealt with about 10 throughout our stay so it was pretty inconvenient. And my daughter is deathly afraid so it made bedtime very difficult. All in all it was fine, but I do feel it wasn’t worth what we paid and I wouldn’t stay here again.

Hi Emily, I'm sorry you felt that way. However, check in instructions were sent to you couple hours before check in. I dont know if you didnt know how use the Vrbo app However the instructions were there before u checked it. All the furnitures in the unit are brand new and it's a standard size bathroom. There are pictures of the unit including the outside and the number is visibly outlined on the house. There is absolutely no wood/trees attached to the house. This is a recently purchased and renovated unit that has been vetted for pest and we have never seen any pest there. At this point I dont know if this is the same unit that we are talking about because then you description is not accurate of my unit.
