Spring Break/Holy Week Restrictions: All guests must be 21+ unless part of an immediate family group.
Wristbands are required for all guests during Spring Break/Holy Week.

➡️ IMPORTANT NOTICE: Florence I building will be undergoing exterior repairs from October 20th through late November 2025 (with possible extension into December). During this time the pool area will be closed. Guests may experience construction noise, scaffolding, and limited balcony views from the balcony. Can't wait to book our 4th trip with SPI rental company.

From the early check in to the immediate response to any questions or problems, we have really enjoyed SPI rentals and this time was no different. Beach front and pool were all great. The unit is small but perfect for what we needed. We had Vakay Life drop off umbrella and beach chairs and that made the trip that much more relaxing. Can't wait to book our 4th trip with SPI rental company.

I highly recommend Spi to anyone that asks

My husband and I celebrated our 12th wedding anniversary and we have zero complaints. Our condo was clean and the view was breathtaking. We had everything we could of needed while there. I highly recommend Spi to anyone that asks. We are already planning my bday in September. Thank you for a beautiful relaxing experience.

Very friendly staff at SPI rentals and unit was very clean

Very friendly staff at SPI rentals. Check-in was a few minutes after 4. I kept calling for an earlier check-in, but I understand it was a busy weekend. Only 1 parking permit was given even though I requested 2. However, the unit was very clean and as beachfront as possible. Very nice.

SPI RENTALS Is the ONLY way I will book and I am in the hotel business

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an absolutely fantastic experience booking a beach condo through SPI Rentals! The process was smooth from start to finish—great communication, easy check-in, and the condo itself was spotless, beautifully furnished, and steps from the sand. You can really tell they care about guest experience. I'll definitely be booking with them again for my next beach getaway. Highly recommend!

Nice place, but our unit had some issues that needed taken care of. I started to put dishes in dishwasher and it was not attached to the counter top. Maintenance came to take care of this item. The shower door was not installed correct and water ended up on floor. After each shower you had to put towels down to mop water off the floor. Not a real safe environment. Maintenance was called and they said they adjusted the hinges, but water was still on floor after shower. Need some better cook ware.

Pictures are deceiving! Not what we expected!

Let's start with the Positive First. View of the Beach and Being Directly on the Beach and the Maintenance Man took care of the Sink Disposal that was backing up and got me a new Coffee Maker due to the old one stopped after one pot! This is a very Old Property. When you walk into the very narrow condo, the bedroom is the first door. The closet has no place to hang clothing and the closet doors are broken and just shoved into the closet. All kinds of stuff just shoved in the closet other than doors. Lamps didn't work most of the time and very few outlets to plug anything in. A lot of extension cords. The bed and bedroom felt like we were back in the 70's, just needed shag carpet. The Bathroom was the most updated room in the condo. The living room/kitchen (very small) which faced the beach. View was beautiful! Unfortunately the furniture in this condo was so massive, bulky, it was pushing two people being comfortable. We had a total of 4 days rented. 12 hours to get there, stayed the first night, rain the next day and stayed the 2nd night and was so uncomfortable we said screw it and came home.
