Bienvenido a 'Beach Charmony', situado a sólo 1 milla de la carretera de la playa estará a sólo unos minutos de diversión en el sol y la arena. Una chimenea eléctrica establece el encanto en la sala de estar que se abre a una terraza acristalada para dar cabida a toda la familia. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama doble y su propio baño completo. El segundo dormitorio también tiene una cama de matrimonio y el tercer dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales con capacidad para 6 cómodamente. Un segundo baño completo está situado. El comedor y cocina abierta w / desayunador, completan la zona gran sala con pantalla ancha de cable TV / DVD. La unidad también cuenta con una sala de lavandería con lavadora y secadora para su uso. Amazing property

The property was exactly as described! Possibly even better. It was stocked so no right away store runs which was so nice! Mark was amazing to deal with and made our 28 day stay awesome! Would definitely consider staying again if back to this area!

Cozy condo in good location

We enjoyed staying at this condo for the second time. It is located close to Surfside pier with a short drive that's a straight shot. The condo was clean and beachy decorated. We love that its on the first floor and easy access to the parking lot and pool. The pool is small but adequate and not busy. It has a nice view of the pond. Mark was communicative and easy to reach. The state park pass that's available is a golden ticket! It gives you free access to the beaches that aren't as crowded as the others. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely book this place again!

Just right

We would definetly sty here again. The property was very well appointed with everything we needed. Mark was great with communicating with us and the unit was clean. It was 100 degrees when we were in SC, but the AC and pool did not disappoint. We likes the decor or the place too.

Great place!

Very nice place and well stocked. Check in and out was very simple. The pool was great and never crowded. There was plenty of parking and it is less than a 10 minute drive to most places in the area including the beach access lots. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful long term stay

This home was just what our family needed while we looked for a home to buy in the area. It's clean, spacious, close to restaurants and shops, and had many included comforts. Mark is a kind host and had great communication. Thanks so much!

Great place!

This place was in a great location. Very close to the parking lot and first floor which was very convenient for loading and unloading. Short walk to the pool which wasn’t crowded at all. The condo was very clean & fully stocked with everything you’d need. Beds were comfy. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

The condo was very easy to get to and when we arrived the place was very clean. There were plenty of bath essentials and everything we needed for the kitchen. Overall great experience and stay.

2022 summer vacation

We got there a little early from our drive and we where able to check in early the manager was very friendly. We put all of our stuff away and got to go grocery shopping which was right around the corner the people where very friendly and nice. There is a gas station and a dollar general and food lion grocery store just a block away from the location. There was so much to do out there with kids they definitely enjoyed every minute out there. The pool was a plus to have there too some days we just stayed in and enjoyed the pool with very friendly atmosphere. The cottage is very well equipped with everything that is needed. There is a washer and dryer there to be able to wash clothes, towels to use for the shower and pool, pots and pans to cook. It's a very spacious, comfortable place to spend your vacation. I would highly recommend this as a nice, quiet place to vacation.

Excellent property!

We loved our stay at Beach Charmony! It's a charming place away from all the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach. It's in a quiet and safe area and was perfect for our family with young kids. It has a homey feel to it. Location is great! 5 minutes away from beach, no more than 20 minutes away from downtown Myrtle Beach, but also close to the attractions at Murrals Inlet. The property provides you with EVERYTHING you may need. Swim towels, beach chairs, beach toys, movies, some shelf stable/freezer leftover food, shampoo, conditioner, etc. State park pass was excellent! We loved going to the beach at Myrtle Beach State Park. It was much more quiet, had easy parking, and all the amenities you may need. They also have a pool about 20 steps away from the unit. Owner got back to questions we had in a timely manner. If you're ok with not staying directly on the beach, I highly recommend this property!

Tough to sleep

1. Noise from above is distracting at night 2. All beds were extremely uncomfortable. If the property owner is willing to drop some coin on this rental, I’d suggest quality mattresses and bedding. 3. Cookware warped, needs an upgrade. 4. Your fridge is trying to “throw a rod” when the compressor kicks in….quite loud, distracting. 4. Nice TV in extra bedroom plays DVDs. It would be nice to stream in there. On the positive side, quite clean. as advertised. Easy check in check out. Unit was well stocked with consumables,. Location worked good for us.

Beach Charmony

This is our second year staying here. The condo is as advertised and is well stocked with anything you could need for a beach stay. The use of the MB state park pass is amazing. Mark is easy to communicate with and is timely with his responses.

Nice clean house ,location was great seem like everything the kids wanted to do was 30 minutes or less only thing I didn’t really care for is it in a apartment complex and I’m not a big fan of that. A little noisy from the neighbors upstairs other then that we loved the place the kids had a ball with the pool outback

A lovely get away

My family and I spent a week here and had such a wonderful time. The location is great, close but not too close to all of the sights and sounds of the beach. The condo is equipped with all that you may need and more. The state park pass was an added perk that we really enjoyed. I highly recommend Huntington Beach if you like wildlife. We will definitely be back!

When we first walked in, we were just in awe. The space, the decor, this place had everything! Perfect for our family of 6. There were games, beach towels and an umbrella! Made us all feel like we were home. If we come back to South Carolina we're definitely gonna get in touch with Mark or Jean! Awesome people and a great place for a vacation!

Perfect Stay

Place was wonderful and very nicely kept, lots of goodies stocked for your convenience. Quiet condo area perfect location to the beach. His South Carolina state park pass was wonderful, saved us so much money and opened our eyes to the state parks. Much Less crowd than mrytle beach. Also garden city beach near the condo was one of our favorites, clean and less populated. There was a day mark emailed me to let me now they were working on tv cable and hoped I was enjoying my stay it was so nice for him to give us a heads up. We just watched movies mainly when we were there. He has a good selection of movies. Overall really great stay! My family and I would be delighted to stay again!

We have been vacationing in the Myrtle Beach area for over 8 years now and have enjoyed it so much we have decided to make it our permanent vacation spot. The Beach, the Restaurant's, the Shopping and overall activities has made this our favorite vacation destination and we are thrilled to share it with you!

A retired NYC Law Enforcment Captain, my family and I have found vacation Harmony at Myrtle / Surfside Beach. There is something for everyone here. Whether we're enjoying the beautiful serene beaches just 1 mile down the road as a family or one of the areas many Golf courses, it's an ideal vacation home. My children specially love all the miniature golf, Magiquest and nearby Water Parks. The best part is you can undertake all the excitements Myrtle Beach has to offer or just hang out a few steps away at our Lakeside Pool and watch the sunsets. We like to BBQ by the pool a couple of days, enjoy dinning at restaurant row but our absolute favorite is just down the road and having our Surfside 'Cheeseburger's in Paradise' at the beach! We like having all the Charm of home and the Harmony of a beach vacation all wrapped up in one. You too will enjoy what we like to call 'Beach Charmony' when you choose to stay with us.

Beach Charmony has what we feel is the best location that the Myrtle Beach area has to offer. 1/2 mile from Wild Water/Wheels Park. 1 mile straight from the Beach. Close enough to venture on the beach whenever you want but still secluded in a serene lakeside home. Just 10 minutes from the Airport to the front door. Located just south of the trendy Market Commons and surrounded by area Golf Courses. Beach Charmony has the Charm of home with the Harmony of the beach and the most important thing when choosing your vacation, location, location, location.
