Nevis Villa, located within the residential neighborhood of Heywoods Estate and within walking distance of the famed and historic Speightstown, this elegant Villa sits on three levels. The high-vaulted ceilings allow for a stream of natural light and steady circulation of cool breezes which gives a feeling of comfort and relaxation.
On the first floor, there are three stunning en suite bedrooms with the master suite leading onto its own private patio.
The second floor is an open plan living concept, great for entertaining as it features living, dining, kitchen and access to the outdoor pool and lounge areas. The newly renovated kitchen also opens to a patio overlooking the two-tiered pool deck and large private swimming pool. On the ground floor there is a double carport, laundry room and additional storerooms.
Nevis Villa also features a poolside gazebo offering an additional great area for entertaining or simply relaxing while enjoying views of the ocean.
